As soon as we get to Bacalar we’ll cruise out in our pontoon boat for relaxation and pampering by our attentive crew as you take in captivating views of Bacalar that will leave you breathless, where you will have the opportunity to splash in the clear waters of this stunning lagoon. As soon as we start our adventure in the lagoon you’ll be amazed by the different shades of blue and understand why is frequently referred as the 7 color lagoon. During the tour our captain will prepare a delicious and healthy fruit snack that will be perfect for the occasion.
- Papitos Bacalar: Marina, Cabañas & Restaurant. - After we are done with our boat tour we will take you to our favorite restaurant to enjoy some delicious and authentic mexican tacos (pork, beef or shrimp) served along guacamole. (We have vegetarian and vegan options upon request).

God's wonderful nature - Espectacular place wonderful water with the best tour guide ever Joana. She is the best so kindly and knows a lot of the history of Costa Maya. Highly recommend the tour to Seven Colors lagoon.

Best experience at Bacalar seven color Lagoon adventure - We had booked our tour online few days before our trip. Tor leader Johana Hugo y Nachos were waiting for us to receive us. Both were very cordial and professional. Our group was divided into 2 buses. Both drivers were excellent and drove nicely. Our trip to Bacalar seven color Lagoon was so amazing and fun. Both tour leaders made our trip exciting. They served us with nice vegetarian meal and mangoes. We were served unlimited , beer, and soda. Johana took many pictures and videos of us in the beautiful Lagoon. We will remember this trip for long time. We were dropped of back to the port on time. I have made a new friend. We would strongly recommend this excursion only with Johana Hugo y Nachos.

Breathtaking! - The experience was amazing! The drive was a little long but well worth it for the location. Jhonna was an amazing guide. She told us all about her country with a great pride She took pictures for our group & served us amazing snacks. I highly recommend this as a shore excursion. I only wish we had more time.

Excellent service from Eco Experience Costa Maya - The tours were excellent, the driver Arturo was very kind, respectful and helpful, our guide Jhoana explained everything related to the bay to us, she did an excellent job, also the captain of the boat Baltazar, I recommend the tours. I congratulate you all for your great work and dedication to clients.

Great excursion - This was a fantastic way to spend the day off this ship. We had a very knowledgeable guide for the ruins and Johanna was so funny and kind and she makes really good guacamole. The lagoon was gorgeous and we had it to ourselves. A beautiful space to have lunch and the food was very tasty. Definitely recommend.

The best tour we went on on the cruise. - Johanna is pleasant, she prepared extremely well to give us a great experience. He customized both the snacks and the tour for our group.
We greatly appreciate your warmth and professionalism. My children were delighted with it, and of course we were too.

Very good experience - The views were espectacular, we have a really great time with my family, Our tour guide was nice and informative but when meeting outside the cruise port we had to stand outside in the heat to wait for others, after maybe 30 minutes they asked us to wait inside the van another 30 minutes, we waited an hour for the other family. We were very disappointed and we lose an hour, they need to change that long waiting is not fair for the other people.

No communication - I booked this experience months in advance. Never got a confirmation. Called 3rd party vendor who stated I had no reservations, so I booked with another company. Got a confirmation 48hrs prior to day that I did have reservations, was on a cruise ship so couldn’t respond. Credit card was charged too!
