Great, but skip the lunch - This tour was excellent and informative. Juan Carlos and his team did a wonderful job. The ruins were beautiful to see, and the history is astounding. We wish we would have had more time at the beach and lunch. If we ever did this trip again, we would probably skip the lunch included part and get our own meal.

Ruins - Carlos and Victor were very fun and kind. Driving was safe, and the tour of the ruins was small and a very good size. The beach was beautiful.

Wonderful day of History and Beach - We booked this tour thru Shoreexcusioneer.com. Toucan Tours was the local company they hooked us up with. We had a fabulous time!! They took great care of us and were very friendly, knowledgeable and got us back and forth to the ship with no issues at all. Our tour guides were great and the bus ride to the Myan Ruins was enjoyable. Loved that we stopped on the way back and were able to buy some fresh pineapple and mango to enjoy eating on the ride. Love helping to support the locals that way! The beach part of the tour was an added bonus and we really enjoyed our lunch and drinks there too. The service was very good!!! Definitley recommend this tour.

Great ruins experience not so good lunch - The guides were great. Franklin and Gabby were very knowledgeable and took their time to make sure their groups saw everything and got their pictures. The restaurant was a disappointment. We had 90 minutes in town at the beach club it took them 80 minutes to serve some salsa, chips, quesadillas and two rounds of drinks. We had 0 time to enjoy the town or beach because of that. Otherwise it would be 5 Stars.

Great Experience - We really liked this excursion off our cruise. It was about 4 hours long but we got to see some rich Mayan history and our guide Francisco had so much passion for his history!

Great, but hard to understand the guide and had to wait like 30 minutes before heading out to the ruins. - We had to wait about 30 minutes for a handful of other people to arrive before we actually even got on the bus to go anywhere. The guides were super nice and knowledgeable. However, because of the language barrier, it was too hard to understand exactly what the guide was saying about the ruins. The group size was rather large too. Half of the time we had NO clue our guidee was even talking. If you want to see the ruins, I would recommend going in a smaller group and making sure you can understand the tour guide when they are talking. However, the personalities of the guides were fantastic and they were super nice. Just a little disappointed in not understanding what he was saying.

Good knowledge by our 2 guides - The ruins were amazing but we had poor time management by the guides. We were including lunch and time at the beach with this tour. We had maybe an hour for lunch and we never had enough time for the beach.
