More fun than expected! - This ended up being more fun than our girls group expected! The bikes were clean and in good condition. They go pretty fast too! They were a fun casual way to check things out at our own pace. They came with locks so we could park and do something for a while. Definitely a reasonably priced cruise excursion that was fun and everyone enjoyed.

Affordable and Easy! - Probably one of my favorite bookings. Bikes were almost new. Great instructions provided by the operators. Awesome to be able to go into town and make my own schedule.

Bike rental while we were on our cruise stop in Costa Maya. - When we arrived at the place, they were very helpful. We had a late arrival and he called me to make sure that we were still coming which was very nice. The only thing that would make it better is if they had better signage about the bike rental.

Great time - We had a wonderful time! The e bikes were ready for us when we arrived, functional and held up well on the bumpy roads. Our brakes were a little worn out, but we were still able to stop.

So much fun - This was so much fun! Easy to find the bikes once we walked out of the port. Raul set us up and gave us a quick overview. Super laid back and beautiful ride down the beach strip. Some pot holes/ rough roads but that was completely expected. Thank you so much for a great day!!!

Bile Ride to see the Sea - We had to rearrange our excursion on this trip because my husband had emergency surgery and wasn't able to snorkel, so I booked this bike excursion. This gave us a chance to get off the boat and see a small part of Costa Maya. The area is nothing fancy, but it was fun to ride the bikes along the beach market area. We stopped on the beach and I was able to snorkel a bit. There was some confusion in obtaining the bikes, but it eventually got worked out.

E-biking through Costa Maya - We rode e-bikes from the cruise ship port in Costa Maya to 40 Cannons resort. It was so much fun! Really easy to find.

Great bike rental - Riding the bikes was great once we found out how to get to them. We were on a Carnival cruise. You have to walk out of the port gate, walk a few blocks straight ahead, and the bike rental will be on your left. It was a little scary at first walking in Mexico and not knowing where to go. They had a sign out front with our names on it. The bikes were in very good condition. You could choose to use the motor, or turn it off and ride it like a normal bike. We rode our bikes a couple miles to the beach, and where all the shops are. If you go to the shops in Costa Maya, be prepared for at least 100 people to try to get you in their shop to buy stuff. It was very overwhelming and annoying. It’s a beautiful place, but not a peaceful bike ride. The bike rental place was great though. They gave us all bottled water before and after our ride and also a map. Wear sunscreen!!! The sun is brutal out there lol

Good and filiable - Easy renting, the bikes were acceptable, the gearshift of one bike did not work. For the landskape you don´t need a ebike.

Very Disappointed and Unsafe - We own 2 e-bikes so we thought this would be a great shore excursion from the cruise port. The bikes were in bad condition. The handlebars did not align to the tire, the pedal-assist had been disabled, and electrical tape was used to hold the light in place (notice that one of the headlights is taped sideways! We decided to take them anyway and after we were headed to the beach, we discovered that one of the them essentially had no brakes. Due to this my wife fell because she couldn't use her brakes and skinned herself up pretty bad (which meant going in the ocean was out of the question). We decided to just head back and my bike's battery gave up, which meant I had to hard pedal the rest of the way back. Mind you, we were gone for 1 hour so the 5-6 hours of battery that we were told was very incorrect. Very disappointed.
