So much fun! - This was a very enjoyable and memorable experience. Jackie went above and beyond for us. This is an excursion I would highly recommend.

Perfecto - Went here with 4 families and our kids and everyone had a blast. The food and drinks were great and allllllll the staff were amazing!

Will tell as many people as we can about this gem!! - This was an amazing experience! I get massages all the time in the US and from high end salons…never do I receive the amazing skill of my massage here. Every person here is very attentive and friendly. Alejandro at the Cantina restaurant was so sweet. Very helpful wanted to help us with everything. We had Digbick as our host at the beach and she is wonderful. YOU MUST TRY THIS EXCURSION! 10+ out of 10!

Great and honest company!!! - Unfortunately, we where not able to embark and do this excursion..we where on the Carnival Jubilee and bad and strong winds were hitting the Costa Maya Port that day.. I wanted to write a review because the great and quick response from this excursion. They canceled our reservations and within 3 days they refunded our money...Thank you for and honest and very helpful company..We can't wait to come back and try again...

Costa Maya Cruise Tour - The Staff and the Food are Amazing!! I’ve just booked my 3rd trip to this resort! For a few Extra dollars we extend our 30 minute Beach Massage to an Hour and it is So Worth It!!!

Best excursion by the beach - My friend and I booked this excursion in Costa Maya for Spring break 2024. Jackie the owner and her crew were very attentive and catered to us during our 5 hour stay. The service was excellent. We had a 30-minute massage booked but for $35 more, we received a full hour. It was heavenly and well worth it. Karina and Kena took good care of us. The weather was perfect and the breeze was magical. The food was plentiful and the drinks were tasty too. The water was clear and transparent and so refreshing. I recommend this excursion for all who want a relaxing, drinks and food included, and a massage on the beach. You will enjoy your stay. Chris and Hana

Personalized and good- Small Beach Area - The experience was good and personalized. The excursions is limited to less then 20 people. The snorkeling equipment is provided, but there is nothing to see in the designated swim area. Drinks were plentiful and the food was average. I would say the beach is about 60 feet wide before you get to the next establishments swim area. If it were not for socializing with other guests on the excursion, this may have been very boring. If you want a beach with hundreds of people and tons to do, then this is not for you. **Recommendation**. Take a taxi right from the port to the excursion location (Beach Club). The walk from the port to the pickup location is not worth the 6 bucks you will save on the cab ride. The negative- Tons of vendors approach you, however they are very polite when you decline.

Memorable day in Costa Maya - Although the service was excellent from start to finish, the first impression of the beach and facilities was not impressive. Our impression quickly changed once we got into the clear beautiful water. Our section of the beach was not crowded and we had plenty of room to float and soak up the sun. The food was amazing and the massages were wonderful. The staff were very attentive and provided fresh drinks throughout the day. We would love to go back someday.

Nice place to relax if you don’t mind vendors. Massage was one of the best I’ve ever had! - They were very welcoming and accommodating. The visit was rushed due to our ship getting in at 12:30. Finding Catrina restaurant was a pain- everyone we asked was trying to get us to come to their restaurant. Make sure you have a morning docking time before booking this. We had one drink, lunch, and a massage (which was awesome), then we had to catch a cab back before we missed gangway time. Lots of people trying to sell us something. Even cigars. Ugh. The owners were very sweet.

VIP all inclusive package with massage - decent day - We booked the VIP all inclusive package but not completely impressed for the price. Our transportation was included and they order the taxi for you. The meeting spot was kind of far (it was a hot walk but they offered drinks right when we got there, no extra charge). We ended up having a good time but first impressions were not good. We were the first guests in the morning and it looked more run down than it did in the pictures, we wanted to leave at first. We had our pick of spots and we chose a covered cabana in front of the water. Nice spot but the sheets and towels were stained and the pillow didn’t look great either. We sat at the edge of our cabana all day and did not fully relax in the cabana due to the towels, sheets and pillows. We were glad we brought our own towels. However, the service was really good. We had several people check on us to see if we needed anything. We thought the food was unlimited but you only get one meal from the menu, unlimited chips and salsa and unlimited drinks. The food was really good though! Our massages were good too, definitely made the day worth it. As the day went on we had a decent time and the water was beautiful. Our biggest annoyance was the people peddling their goods ALL DAY, we had to say no to like 20+ people. However, they were friendly and walked away when we said no. Only two got a little pushy but still overall friendly people. By the end of the day we had a good time but I don’t know if we would come back.
