Beautiful day on a catamaran - The day on a catamaran is magnificent, a visit to a waterfall, a dive in the waters of the Indian Ocean and a very good barbecue on the boat. We finish with a good hour at Ile aux Cerfs where we find all the companies that offer this service. Too bad too many people, a real tourist trap, all that's missing is a navy because there are so many boats. Not much point in going to this deer island. Otherwise the rest of the day Great. ☀️ the crew of the ocean company at the top.

Perfect day! Enjoy it! - A very pleasant day spent on a catamaran, beautiful landscapes, Ile aux Cerfs is worth the detour, however it is likely that you will not see the waterfall because the seabed is too shallow. But what definitely makes the day better is the incredible kindness, dedication and sympathy of our ROMAIN companion which makes all the difference. Through his sincerity and constant attention, he puts you at ease and in a good mood all day long. The catamaran can easily accommodate up to 30 people, we were lucky because, when we went out, there were only 15 of us. On the planned day, the cruise had to be canceled due to a technical problem but thanks to the responsiveness of the employee on the phone (also very responsive via WhatsApp), we were able to postpone it by two days. Drinks are constantly served on the boat and the barbecue - on the boat - was plentiful and succulent. In short, perfect day.

ITS WITIIN THEIR RIGHTS - ITS WITIIN THEIR RIGHTS. We didn't actually end up joining the cruise. The night before was a raging wind the next day was then unsettled winds. I am just 6 miles up the coast and the that morning there where NO boats in our lagoon , even with a microclimate the conditions would not have been favourable, my wife is nervous at the best of times so i informed them a few hours before we would not be joining them. I was informed that there would be no refund. I have no problem with that, its the terms and conditions. Its 'within their rights'. However it is also within their rights to choose to give a partial refund if they want. They just didnt want, We didnt eat the food, we didnt drink the beer, the boat was going out anyway ( as they told me) - I am not questioning there safety assessment, i am sure there was no risk of accidents , but as far as comfort and interest in the customer experience is concerned. 👎 I also wonder how many others are offered the 'upgrade' to the smaller catamaran a few days before due to maintenance. Probably everyone!

Stay away - Pascal is a horrible man - What started out as a beautiful experience on the catamaran turned into an ugly and nasty experience because of a disgusting, rude, horrible man named Pascal, who works on the boat. A chauvinist and xenophobic man. He attacked me without provocation and it would appear that his seniority to the other employees held them back from saying or doing anything to stop him. It was like they had been down this road before. I would not recommend this catamaran managed by Pascal to anyone. Stay away.
