- Big Buddha Phuket - The Big Buddha of Phuket is a gleaming white 45-metre-tall statue that sits atop the highest peak of the Nakkerd Hills in Ao Chalong. Visible from many places across the south of the island, the Big Buddha’s become one of the most popular attractions on Phuket since construction started on it in the early 2000s. It’s known to most as the Big Buddha because the statue’s official name doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue: Phra Putthamingmongkolekanagagiri.
- Kata Beach - Kata Beach is the most popular beach in Phuket after Patong and just before Karon Beach. Kata enjoys a superb sandy beach with an incredible blue sea and a beautiful island standing in the middle of the bay that makes excellent sunset photos.
- Kata Noi Beach - Kata Noi Beach is a beautiful little bay along Phuket’s west coast, and one of the best beaches on the island. Located just south of the main Kata Beach, it has lovely soft sand and stunning scenery.
- Karon Beach - Karon is one of the longest beach in Phuket and the 3rd in beach popularity. It enjoys a vast stretch of white sand with a decent choice of dining and nightlife but never seems to draw crowds of tourists (which might be a good thing). The beach is also known to make a fun squishy sound when walking on the sand.
- Nai Harn Beach - Then you’ll visit Phromthep Cape, the beautiful peninsular adjacent to the famous Nai Harn Beach, Phuket’s southern most point which to perfect place to view a spectacular sunset.
