Hopo vessels depart hourly from five iconic Gold Coast destinations, including the famous Surfers Paradise. Hopo is fully flexible with something for everyone, you can stay aboard for the full loop (2 hrs) or explore the hop-off destinations at your leisure.

SeaWorld travel in style - Relaxed way to get to SeaWorld. Loved the commentary by Alan on the way up!! Very interesting 🙏 Good price too with SeaWorld pass!!!

Highly recommended. - The perfect way to get from A to B when visiting this part of the Gold Coast. Our skipper, Alan, was warm and informative. Our travel to Surfer’s Paradise with HOPO was easy and stress-free.

Lovely way to explore gold coast - We did the hop on hop off tour 12 September 2024 . We would highly recommend the tour as it was a fabulous novelty being bussed round on a boat seeing the city and sites. We got off at surfers paradise where we visited 2 Irish bar for food and beverages returning on the last boat at 415 pm The boat was fabulous and clean the captains (one male -return journey and 1 female-inital journey ) very friendly, professional and skilled at their jobs. Many thanks for the lovely experience.

You get a different perspective of the area looking back from the water - This was a great way to see around the Gold Coast waterways and to learn a bit more about the area with the onboard commentary. The only complaint I have is we started our journey at Broadwater Parklands and we had a lot of trouble trying to find, in this very huge area, exactly where the ferry left from. I would suggest a few signs around, other than that more direct information on your website for people like us who are visitors to your city. Having said all that we both really enjoyed the trip.

Communication breakdown - Communication was the downfall. We were not advised before going on our trip that due to an electrical fault there would be no running commentary, which totally detracted from the trip. Also there were no refreshments available for the same reason. When it started raining the skipper was slow to pull the blinds down and everyone was huddled in the middle of the boat to keep dry. We also found out the night before we were entitled to a seniors discount of $10 each but the kiosk booking clerk knew this but offered no compensation on our pre-paid tickets. Altogether a disappointing experience. Ian
