Tambourine Mountain magic - Terry our driver was great. Suggest you check with driver what sites they are taking you to & the options if you go with another driver as this was not explained. However Terry ensured he took us to some other sites close by whilst we waited for passengers on a tour. Tambourine Mountain had so many great places to see, scenic ride to the mountain, we all had a catnap on the way home as it was a big day, but a great one.

Hiking in Tambourine Mountain - We did 3 hikes in Tambourine Mountain. We really enjoyed the Witches Falls hike and the Rain Forest Skywalk. The scenery is beautiful. Michelle and Anthony of Pineapple Tours were great hosts!

Michelle is a gem! - Michelle was amazing - I’d give her 10 stars if I could. She’s so friendly and knows the area so well. The mountain is really beautiful. We did a wine tasting at Witches Falls which was really nice. I gave four stars for the review because the “hop on, hop off” isn’t as convenient as it sounds. There are 11 seats on the bus and bookings seem to take precedence over the hop on and off option.

Great choice seeing 'Natural' Gold Coast. - Very enjoyable seeing the 'natural' Gold Coast. It can be a bit confusing with people wanting g to do different things , but it worked. Anthony, our guide was excellent, great sense of humour and honest with his opinions of places to go and knowledgeable.

Disorganised - Guides were lovely. Unfortunately a bit disorganised, and passengers who were most vocal got to go where they wanted to for the period of time that suited them. As an example we got picked up from cedar creek walk, then had to wait for 1 1/2 hours at a winery for another group to finish their wine tasting before we could go to another destination. We only got to see cedar creek and had some lunch.

Very casual - The tour guides are lovely, and go to a great effort to ensure everyone is accommodated. However, it felt like we had a different schedule advertised to what the guide had. We only had 40 minutes to walk the skywalk, and for the waterfall. Which was enough time to complete the walk but would have been nice to spend more time for photography. We never saw the distillery which was described as the last stop. Still a lovely day, but not quite what we expected.

Absolute waste do not recommend - Very disappointing tour. Our guide Andy was nice and tried his best through the company’s sad excuse for tours but it was an absolute disorganized mess. We got to a winery even though that wasn’t the tour we signed up for and they could not figure out which guide had which tour and we wasted so much time with them all over the place not knowing what people were doing what tour and what was going on. We hardly got time to even see the things we actually paid a lot of money to see. Plans literally kept changing on where we were going constantly so we just sat on the bus while they went back and forth instead of spending time seeing what we paid to see. They advertised “flexible schedule so you get more time to see what you want” and that’s absolutely not true. One minute we were told we got over an hour at the gallery the next we suddenly get taken to garden for only 30 min. We did not even get an hour at any spot and some only 20-30 min. The whole day was rushed and all over the place. Waste of money and absolutely unorganized - only good part is Tamborine is very pretty to see and our guide Andy he was very nice and at least tried his best. This company is so disorganized and has all these your options to add to tours and different tour options then they throw all those different tours on the same bus with no actual plan. Don’t wast your money. Hoping we can get at least a partial refund for this mess.
