Great fun and very tasty - Had a wonderful couple of hours with Chyl, she is very informative and is lovely, she was very accomodating and we cooked some great meals. Can highly recommend this cooking class.

Must do authentic Filipino food experience! - Thank you Chyl for your warm welcome and great teaching. I was born in the USA to Filipinos, so I ate as a Filipino but never learned how to cook even the Filipino basics. I only had to make top grades in school (IYKYK)! Now my mixed heritage daughters, American husband, and I have the memory of learning to cook together and these delicious easy to recreate at home recipes. I’m so glad I chose this outdoor cooking class (lumpia gulay, pancit bihon, and 3 types of turon) instead of a typical city food tour. The cooking class worked well following a morning visit to the Ayala Museum which was only an 8 minute walk away in a very safe neighborhood via a beautifully painted underground boulevard crossing!

great experience - great experience. it was very good and we were very well received and equipped. It's local and easy cuisine. this experience allows you to learn more about Filipino culture.

Great experience - Chyl did an amazing job. Not only were her instructions easy to follow, she was very personable and shared a lot of interesting information about Filipino life. You won’t regret this experience. There will be plenty to eat so don’t eat before you go.

Best cooking class! - So far the best cooking class I have booked on my travels: here you can actually cook everything yourself from A to Z and it is extremely fun! Chyl is super nice and made this day very special! 👩🏻🍳✨
This cooking class was given to my friend for his birthday. When we reported about it, my friend was spontaneously surprised at the end of the cooking class even with a birthing serenade and a small cake with a candle! 🎂 So all around a great event with a super nice, very personal and relaxed atmosphere! Absolute highlight of our trip in Manila and especially highly recommended! 😊

Wholesome outdoor cooking session with delicious food and great host - 10/10 experience, super friendly and competent host, great preparation, stylish cutlery and a great cooking tent outdoor in a cozy alley surrounded by flowers and plants. A fantastic experience in Manila - I loved my al fresco cooking class with Chyl. We cooked a range of savoury & sweet snacks - a noodle dish, vegetable roll & banana roll sweets (more than enough food to keep me going for lunch & dinner) - & it was really nice chatting with Chyl about the Philippines & food culture. She also took photos on the day, always great to have as a solo traveller! Can’t wait to recreate these dishes for friends once I’m home

Fun cooking experience the time flew by and Chyl is such a nice person - Chyl and her colleagues were extremely welcoming and the food preparation area was set out thoughtfully and had all of the equipment and food items we would require for the session. There was plenty of opportunity to maintain hand hygiene which I found really positive coming from a healthcare background.
We were led through the steps of preparation and cooking and gently steered in the right direction to ensure our dishes were authentic and delicious.
Myself and my partner were not new to filippino cooking however we found it very informative and we left knowing our skills have been enhanced and we will continue to utilise what we were shown when we are cooking back home.
In summary an excellent experience for all abilities and great to meet more of the lovely Filipino people - thank you so much!
