These boundaries remained unchanged until Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W) sent Hazrat Tamim Ibn-e-Khazai (R.A) to reconstruct them. During the era of Hazrat Umar (R.A), he appointed four Qurayshis to renew these boundaries.
