Beautiful cruise with lovely staff - Amazing trip ! The staff was so nice, food was perfect for the cruise, fresh and lots of variety. Music was great, the captain was so funny. The places we went to were really beautiful, specially the blue lagoon. Unforgettable memories !

Best - Very good, worth every penny. Time just flu by, good connection from the hotel. Be.hote. Nice swimming from the boat...

Super recommended 🔝 - Made excursion with the fernandes 2, super friendly and nice staff, the captain first of all, in addition we made the experience of the caves with the speedboat with a separate ticket, but recommended to be able to see the caves from the whole and a fun pondi for speed. Lunch on board open bar all day .. super super recommended

Chillin on the Fernandes II. Awesome! - I must admit, it doesn't get much better than this! Had a fantastic day on the Fernandes II from Sliema. Good food and drink all day. Totally chilled experience. Took the extra speed boat trip to the caves when we stopped at the Blue Lagoon which was run by a separate company but worth the extra 15 euros each. Out all day, plenty of sunbathing (on deck) and swimming opportunities (berthed at Blue Lagoon for 3 hours and anchored off coast of Gozo for an hour). Crew were great and food & drink were plentiful and really good quality. Worth every penny, can highly recommend this trip. Currently lying on the deck soaking up the sun writing this. Very happy :-)

Beautiful day trip - The tour was very nice. Picking up and returning to the pickup point was on time and worked out well. The staff went to great lengths and everyone was very friendly. Drinks and food were available in large quantities. Yeah, Comino's pretty crowded, and one lunch stand is next to the other. You can also book a speedboat ride to the blue lagoon. In addition, parasailing etc. is offered there. I can only recommend it for the price. The only drawback was the lack of stay on Gozo. We anchored off Gozo and you could go swimming from the boat. However, we interpreted a stay on the island into the offer.

Great experience - Very nice experience. You stop at both comino and gozo to swim .. the stops are very long so there is time to take numerous baths and sunbathe. You can choose to stay on the boat or go down for a walk on the island of comino. For gozo instead the stop is in the middle of the sea for swimming. A welcome sandwich, unlimited drinks, buffet lunch and fruit are served on board in the afternoon. Sailing is pleasant also accompanied by music and a guided tour of the commander explaining everything that can be seen along the coast, both in Italian and English. On board they also offer the excursion to the caves but in my opinion it is not worth it. 15 euros for 15 minutes just to take pictures. We booked the excursion to sliema with Giancarlo (you can find him at the chalet stop on the seafront), very kind and helpful in giving us all the information and also in waiting until the evening for payment. The only flaw but that does not compromise the experience is that the boat was quite full. There was room for everyone but a little crowded. Fortunately having arrived earlier at the port we were able to take some places also very comfortable with rubber mats. The price: I think the right price is a maximum of 50€ per person but even here... working with tourists you always tend to overdo it. In any case, recommended experience.

Give it a wide berth - It’s kind of a boring trip. You get some food and cheap beer, wine, soda or water. Food is bland. Most the time is spend travelling sat on mats on the floor. Safety isn’t a big concern for the operator. I’d give it a miss.

Avoid - We paid extra for the Fernandes to avoid going on the hop on open top bus stopping at every stop all the way to Sliema. The promised shuttle bus never showed up at 8.30am as arranged. In checking with the Iseemalta rep in our hotel, were told there was a problem and we would have to take the hop on bus direct to Sliema which would not be stopping and was just leaving Melieha to pick us up at 845. It finally showed up at 910am at which point, we were finally told the bus would o let take us to Bugibba were we would be transferred onto a minibus onto Sliema. After much dithering by the mini bus driver (who then nearly crashed the minibus), we proceeded to Sliema - the traffic was gridlocked. Finally arrived at the boat at 1010am by which point there was nowhere to sit. The trip itself did improve, although €15 extra for the cave trip is a total waste of money, lunch was good, nice crew (if very geared towards Italian guests) and it was a good way to see the coastline of Malta, Comino and Gozo. I spent much of the trip in communication with Iseemalta ensuring that there wouldn’t be a repeat of the morning’s debacle and there would actually be a direct shuttle bus waiting for us, which there was. I have requested a partial refund but Ruth at Iseemalta is not responding to my emails!! No explanation has been given (I suspect it’s usual practice to over promise, take your money and then not provide the promised service). Avoid at all costs.

Very poor experience - In my view the boat should not have set sail due to the weather. We did not visit any of the places advertised as it was unsafe to do so. Very unwell due to seasickness and had to be ferried off the boat with another couple. Incurred additional cost for the boat and a taxi back to our hotel. Got 50% back from the rep in the hotel but should have been fully refunded. No safety briefing, very slippery gangplank to get on and seating not suitable. We would never go again and was very disappointed as it was our wedding anniversary.
