Stressful and overcrowded boat trip! DON’T GO if you like to relax and enjoy your vacation! - First we meet an angry, rude and confused women at the pick up, who told me to go in the wrong bus! She was yelling at me, and just started to serve a new customer before helping me to get in the right bus. But luckily the driver called me from the other bus. The boat was so overcrowded, that I had to stand up for 5 hours, no kidding. There was no room to sit, cause so many people. Besides “all inclusive” is a joke! I still paid for excursion at the blue lagoon, and for coffee and fruit. The food were just a sandwich and chicken so awful that only the garbage can would eat it. Beer and fine tasted disgusting too. So only the soft drink and water then. But the crew were also very rude and angry, and when my wife was hurt at the boat for the overcrowded space, they didn’t even had painkillers or provided any help. Really recommend NOT to go!!

Don't bother with this trip, there must be other operators with more manners and who actually care about their customers - This has to be one of the very worst day-trips we ever went on (and we travel a lot): *The bus pickup started about half an hour late because they foolishly waited for some tourists who could not be bothered to get out of bed for this trip (and who could blame them!) *The morning snack was not great, white bread with salami. * The draft beer of unknown origin was disgusting (of course this is subjective). * The only soft drinks (other than still water) were sugar drinks. * The wine was only marginally better than the beer! * The lunch food was one small dry piece of chicken drumstick OR a small piece of disgusting white spongy fish (came with some salad & potato etc, which were also rationed and pretty tasteless). * The afternoon snack was same as the morning snack! Followed by the least sweet, most tasteless melon & water-melon we ever ate! * The captain and crewman rudely insisted on spoiling our view out the windows for pretty much the entire trip, with a feeble excuse that "the sun must not shine on the food"..... most of the voyage there was no food out though and no sun coming in and whenever we pulled up the curtains (when food was not out) they would rudely pull them down again!! (to protect the food that was not even there, I presume)! * We felt that at €70 each, this was an over priced and certainly over-crowded trip with a serious lack of space for people to sit comfortably and not enough shaded areas to protect people from frying in the hot sun (which looking at their red burnt skin, I would say they did). Some people clearly had a good time, but we did not! We felt like cattle, we were shown no manners or respect. I have previously run day trips on my own boat and I never treated my customers in this way!

WASTE OF MONEY, DO NOT RECOMMEND - My family and I went to Malta on vacation for 5 days and at the hotel we spoke to the tour operator that the hotel (be.hotel) has. She recommended the 70€ per person Fernandes boat as being the best option since, allegedly, the food in the blue lagoon was very expensive. We had the idea of going on a speedboat which was 40€ per person but unfortunately we decided to listen to the tourist commercial. On the day, a bus picked us up from the hotel at 9am and took us to the boat. On the boat there were some mattresses to lay down and to do sunbathing. At 10am we left the island in the direction of the blue lagoon. Around midday we arrived and were told that lunch would be from 12h20am until 1pm and that the boat would leave at 2pm. The food left a lot to be desired, as you'd expect from a boat like this, and the drinks are free throughout the tour. The boat has two jumping platforms, one on each side of the boat. We had some fun, but we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful blue lagoon because we only had 2 hours there, 1 hour of which was for lunch. We decided to take a short walk around the blue lagoon to check the prices and see if it really was as expensive as we had been told. We didn't find that to be the case, the food was very much based on fast food sold in trailers and was affordable for most wallets (10€ average per meal). We got back on the boat and left at 2pm as scheduled. Already disgusted with the experience, we decided to check out the route. We saw that initially we were supposed to go to the island of Gozo, which we didn't even go near, and we were supposed to stay there for about 1h30 and then go to the blue lagoon and stay there for about 2 hours. We soon realized that the written itinerary wasn't being followed. After that, the boat docked in a bay (Mellieha Bay) on the island of Malta, a bay which, if we really wanted to go, we could have taken a bus or an uber to without having to spend 70€ per person. In this bay, due to the warnings about the danger of jellyfish in Malta, we were immediately uncertain as to whether or not we would go into the water, as the waters are quite open and deep. In conclusion, money badly spent, little time in the blue lagoon and no time at all in Gozo, super disgusted and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Not recommend - Definitely not recommend. Totally overbooked and no room to protect from the sun for so many hours. We had to choose where to sit from the very beginning since there was no availability to switch between sitting down or laying down. Lunch was ok. There were no snacks at our disposal. They gave us the same sandwiches twice. Watermelon was the only fruit given on our way back and almost no one touched it since it had bad taste. We paid for pick up and waited till 15 min before boat departure at the meeting point. No one came and we took Bolt.
