Best - Very good, worth every penny. Time just flu by, good connection from the hotel. Be.hote. Nice swimming from the boat...

Super recommended 🔝 - Made excursion with the fernandes 2, super friendly and nice staff, the captain first of all, in addition we made the experience of the caves with the speedboat with a separate ticket, but recommended to be able to see the caves from the whole and a fun pondi for speed. Lunch on board open bar all day .. super super recommended

Chillin on the Fernandes II. Awesome! - I must admit, it doesn't get much better than this! Had a fantastic day on the Fernandes II from Sliema. Good food and drink all day. Totally chilled experience. Took the extra speed boat trip to the caves when we stopped at the Blue Lagoon which was run by a separate company but worth the extra 15 euros each. Out all day, plenty of sunbathing (on deck) and swimming opportunities (berthed at Blue Lagoon for 3 hours and anchored off coast of Gozo for an hour). Crew were great and food & drink were plentiful and really good quality. Worth every penny, can highly recommend this trip. Currently lying on the deck soaking up the sun writing this. Very happy :-)

Make a designated smoking area!! - I loved the trip, but please, please, please, make a designated smoking area on your boats. The amount of people smoking with ashes and cigarette buts flying everywhere was unbearable for ppl who do not smoke. In addition to sea sickness it wasn't a fun ride. The blue lagoon is amazing, a must do experience.

Fernandez - I booked a trip to Fernandez, was super excited to visit Comino, Gozo and the blue lagoon! To my surprise it was such a disappointment. I went for 8:45am like they had said and waited, to my surprise the bus never turned up! And I waited 1 hour! I had no idea what had happened? They had cancelled that trip and didn’t even let me know even thought they had my phone number. I had phoned the company about 10 times but no one answered. I went down to see the company and the man who had sold me the ticket wasn’t even there. And the lady who works for the same company pretended that she didn’t know any English, so she was unable to give me a refund or another ticket for the next day. I finally got a hold of them on social media, and they said they would be running as normal the next day so I went. The travel from sliema to Gozo was about 1hour 30 and we didn’t even get to stop at Comino like they had said we would, and it was part of the package! They also had said that we would be able to stay at the blue lagoon on the beach/island for a few hours, we stayed for 1hour and 45mins. The food was mediocre and the whole experience was just poor!! It is not worth £75! Save your money!

A FLOATING BIRCH. - If you are thinking of booking a tour with the Fernandes **Boat to Gozo and Comino** in Malta, stop right now. The experience was a real nightmare. **Bad eating**, an insult to cooking. The dishes they serve are borderline disgusting, with a **smell of cooking** that follows you everywhere, even as you try to enjoy the view. The boat itself? **A floating dive**, dirty and neglected. And the price? A real **theft**. **75€ stolen**, a freehand robbery for a service that is not even worth a tenth of what was paid. The only positive note was the van transfer, led by a **super nice Bangladeshi**, which at least lifted the spirits a bit before the hell that lay ahead.

Very poor experience - In my view the boat should not have set sail due to the weather. We did not visit any of the places advertised as it was unsafe to do so. Very unwell due to seasickness and had to be ferried off the boat with another couple. Incurred additional cost for the boat and a taxi back to our hotel. Got 50% back from the rep in the hotel but should have been fully refunded. No safety briefing, very slippery gangplank to get on and seating not suitable. We would never go again and was very disappointed as it was our wedding anniversary.

Worst experience ever - One star because I paid for a €150 trip and it didn't respect the locations at all! We had to see Gozo Island, Comino Island and the Blue Lagoon! I didn't see any of this. He only stayed on the main island because of the wind, but all the other boats were going there! In the morning I asked if the trip was going according to the schedule and I was told yes! The worst company I ever took a trip with! I saw Greece, Malta on another occasion, Italy, France, Spain, including Palma and Ibiza! I have never experienced this anywhere. Without any compensation, without an alternative solution to the problem! Nothing! A company that makes fun of customers! If you arrive in Malta, do not go with this company! The public transport system is very good! Bolt and Uber are cheap. The public transport application is very accurate with live location. You want Gozo and Comino, go by ferry! Our only two stops, also on the main island

Overcrowded!!! - We booked this trip through a rep at the hotel. Pick up and drop off to the boat was good but when we got on board it was clear to see there is simply not enough seats for the numbers that were onboard. There are only a few seats in the shaded and if you’re not lucky enough to get one of these then you will be given a mat and told to lay/sit on the floor and I’m not joking!! The same goes for the front of the boat where there is no shade or the alternative is standing up!! I really don’t see how they can’t expect members of the older generation to lay on the floor for nearly 6 hours!! Had I known this before booking and I wouldn’t have done so. The trip around the islands itself was good and you are given the opportunity to have. Swim at the stop offs but the lack of comfort on board would leave me advising against this trip.
