The guided farm exploration is both entertaining and informative, led by our knowledgeable field supervisors, who will explain the techniques of sustainable, chemical-free agriculture, the intricacies of cultivating greenery in a typically arid environment, and also offer chances to pick your own fresh produce. Guests who wish to linger longer after the tour can unwind on traditional woven beds under thatched shelters, gaze at the sky, engage in kite flying, or enjoy a game of marbles.
The subsequent dining experience features a seven-course, individually plated, vegetable-centric feast that is a fusion of aesthetics, freshness, and taste. Our commitment to ultra-local, seasonal cuisine elevates the concept of farm-to-table dining, as over 90% of the ingredients are sourced directly from our fields, freshly picked and never once transported in a refrigerated vehicle.
