Fantastico ! - Molto bene! It was a fantastic experience! Yvonne was wonderful, genuine and very sweet! She was attentive to the whole group and shared kind words throughout the experience. I would return to this experience again! I wish I did the other longer experiences that she offered but we had a full day already planned! I would higher recommend her to others!

A trip highlight - From the moment we met with Yvonne, we were welcomed with warmth and an excitement for her craft. To get to her place is very easy - following the main road up from the train (after going through the tunnel), you will pass a church, and continuing past some bridges to your left, is her studio. It is beautiful and decorated in the old Italian style. She spoke of the quality of ingredients and how to manipulate them to create the most delicious pesto. Having done this course, I would have paid double.

Basil Forward. - Yvonne said this would be the best pesto ever and she was right. She curated the finest ingredients from around the Ligurian region. And it’s fun to make and not difficult. My wife and I will try to bing this delicacy back to Cali, but we’ll have to seek the necessary ingredient quality.

Must Do In Cinque Terra - Amazing! A must do if visiting Cinque Terra - it was one of my favorite things during our ten day trip. Learn how to make pesto and be entertained by the owner and his friendly staff. Hear the story of how the experience was started. And best of all the food! Do not eat before you go - and you may not want dinner. And, the wine they serve is top notch! Warning - it is a hike to reach the experience - up hill and a winding staircase. Great views and umbrella coverage for sun or rain.

Fantastic history lecture, workshop and tasting experience! - Great fun course! Got an interesting and instructive description of the origin and history of pesto. Very good leader Yvonne, calm and educational! Fun to cook together with others and the icing on the cake was tasting your own pesto together with freshly baked foccacia and local wine!

Impressive pesto experience - Incredibly informative and good quality . I didn’t give 5 stars because we were in a basement and not on a patio nor a good view.
