Beautiful nature and seaside adventure tour - Sara was an amazing guide, gave us lots of information on current politics, local culture, and history, and was very friendly and kind as well. The three spots you visit are very beautiful. We only had time for one tour on our short trip to San Juan and I’m glad it was this one!

Great Memories were made! - We had a great excursion with Sarah! Easy pickup at our Air BnB and smooth transportation all day to various locations. Sarah was so knowledgeable about the island and history and current events. All of the locations felt like truly where the locals go and did not feel like the typical tourist experience. Highly recommend!

Tour with Glory - We went our tour today. We were very lucky to have had Glory as a tour guide, she was amazing! She made this experience fun and she made everything feel so comfortable. She provided a great service the whole tour. She took so many pictures and videos of us while we were in the caves and the beaches. Very thankful for this experience. Everything was beautiful! Recommend asking to tour with Glory!

Amazing experience - Glory made our Navigate the North Tour absolutely amazing! We felt immersed with her vast knowledge of both culture and nature on the island . She made safety a top priority while also making sure we did everything we felt up for. We got to try local authentic Puerto Rican cuisine and explored places we wouldn’t have found on our own. We are still buzzing about it days later!

Very beautiful - We had such a wonderful time on this tour. Glory was our guide and she showered us with hospitality. The caves were absolutely beautiful and our teenagers loved climbing and exploring them. The river cave was also very beautiful. Glory took us to a wonderful restaurant for lunch. A wonderful day ! - We had Gloria for a guide and she was so sweet and literally showered us with hospitality. The caves were breathtaking in the river and at the ocean and the beach she took us too was so pretty too. The walk back to the car from the river cave was pretty intense but all of us are in great shape and hike often so we were fine. We are all strong swimmers but if you’re not definitely take advantage of the offered life jackets at the river. Our weather was perfect but if she tells you it’s not safe don’t press it . It definitely would NOT be safe if the water was up or the current was any stronger. You are swimming against the current when you get inside the cave and it is taxing. Our teens loved climbing the rocks and caves at all three stops it was perfect for active teenagers. She bought us waters and frozen treats and took us to a delicious restaurant for lunch afterwards. She picked us up and dropped us back off right at our airbnb too. I highly recommend the tour and ask for her!!

PR off the beaten path - Had a great day exploring with our guide, José. Vega Baja has a beautiful beach, the water was super clear the day of our excursion. The river and caves are a physically challenging but unique experience. José was gracious enough to take tons of pictures for us and we never felt rushed. If you are looking for something off the beaten path, this is it!

We had a wonderful time... - We had a wonderful time but for some strange reason it rain the entire trip causing the river not to be safe so we didn’t get to see the waterfall. We stayed at the beach longer to compensate. The first site was some hiking but that’s what we expected, wear water shoes in the cave!!Overall our guide was nice and we had a great time and got to take a lot of pictures. We are coming back so we can visit the waterfalls

100% recommend Charco Azul but with a different guide. - Sarah was our guide. He was kind enough to stop by Starbucks on our way out. Our first listed stop was not as described on the site. First of all, there is no snorkeling. We were also kind of annoyed because we paid for a private tour and although it was kind of him, we did not appreciate Sarah picking up random people in the parking lot to take them along with us. “They are so lucky I’m here because you can get turned around in the trails,” was his proud statement. No offense but I felt it was kind of inappropriate and unnecessary. It took away from the private romantic walk, beauty of the area, and sounds of nature because it was a small group, who were talking very loudly the entire walk. Then when we stopped, they were standing around in the way from us checking out the first stop and taking photos . We were annoyed. Then, once we got to main location, it was kind of like.. ok, now what ? Since there was no snorkeling and he had nothing really to say to us about the stop- It was just a small beach with a small, sort-of cave that had birds. The best part was the walk back because the group was gone and the scenery was very pretty. The second location, was just not well communicated at all. Our guide walked us down to the river but didn’t get in to guide us into the cave or cliff point for jumping. In fact, he encouraged us to jump off a really dangerous cliff that had rocks on both sides. Thank God, another tour guide saw us contemplating the jump and stopped us! He was with a small group sitting in the caves having a snack break. He came running out and asked us not jump and showed us another point that was a little higher but 100% safer. If it weren’t for the guide that stepped in, it would have been another disappointing stop. Once we took the 30 foot jump, and listened to others’ tips that were there, we had a good time. I strongly recommend going to Charco Azul Canyon but with another guide. The caves and cliff diving were our favorite part of the whole trip but again, thanks to another tour guide. The lunch stop was not our vibe. After we ate, we skipped the last stop and asked to go back to our hotel.
