The best trip ever - The tour was amazing, we family of 6 had a great time. Highly recommended to anyone to experience this trip. They are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful experience - This was a great experience, the canyons are very beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in the beautiful waters. I feel there should be a half day boat trip on offer because we found the whole experience a bit too long. I would definitely recommend this company though, our pick up and drop off to hotel was very efficient.

Competent travel company - Excursion would be requested by us at short notice and everything worked out wonderfully, we even had an additional private transfer shuttle for a shopping trip via the existing contact also very spontaneously and late in the evening for the next day requested and also booked. Therefore a top review from us for the quick processing and feedback on the request.

the canyon is definitely recommended, but be very careful about the tour operator/organizer to ensure convenience - on the upside: the nature in the canyon is great and it is a must see. on the downside: there are many inconveniences in the tour logistics such as: - No guide was provided in the bus, neither in the boat although there was someone (more than one, for different languages) speaking in the boat and supposed to be the guide however by no way i can consider him a guide and at best he was giving some instructions. this is a shame as there are lots of details about the canyon and the dam and the long road to get there which is definitely worth knowing, and one can find information on Wikipedia for example more than what was provided during the tour so there was too much missed out. - the driver does not speak English and makes it very complicated to communicate about basic matters such as the air conditioning or the drive timing etc…. - The boat is crowded. - The lunch is not good. - One can feel that the focus is more on maximizing the commercial benefit from the tourists rather than being on the tourist experience.

Poorly organised and not a great experience - The transfer bus had very poor air conditioning in 40 degree heat, the boat was chaotic with no PA system during the trip to explain what was happening at each stop…no PA description of what we were seeing or the history or geography…felt very disorganised

Worse Excursion Experiance - Transfer - was not told about how long the transfer would be from hotel to excursion and with a child who is travel sick, this is not on. It was almost 3 hours long which i wouldn't have booked if i had known. There was a stop for refreshments about 40 minutes into the journey and another to stretch legs whist driver had a cigeratte. - Driver was on the phone a lot which i was uncomfortable with. Steep hill edges were incredibly scary. Boat trip - this itself was beautiful, guide telling you about the canyon and its history. Food - disgusting, when arrived had to go up around 100 steps, so if struggle with mobility then please avoid as they do not help you up the stairs. The food had been displayed for how long i do not no, fly's were swarming around and landing on the food as they had no covers. We choose meatballs, and when cut through them for my daughter it was pink. I did not eat this myself and therefore wouldn't allow my children to eat it. This is the only time of day that you get proper food as food on the boat was just crisps. Staff - were friendly and nice, however you do get free drinks included on the boat but only if you drink coffee and beer. Tea was English tea but they didn't have milk, which is pointless.

Beautiful location horrible experience - Ok so I will start with the negatives, Firstly I paid £90 to go on a boat with max 35 other people. This price was more as there was less travelers, my boat had a minimum of 60 people on it so was ripped off at the start. The hotel pick up was a nightmare the driver kept dropping his phone as he had no phone mount on the way the and home he kept going the wrong way and dropped his phone under his seat 10+ times, he nearly hit a motorcycle and just made us feel unsafe the whole journey. The driving time was around 7+hours there and back. The food at the location was terrible my girlfriend was served raw chicken and they were told to no response. Okay now for the positives, the scenery was amazing the water was amazing the place is truly beautiful, as a location it is 5 stars but the service and human interaction was terrible so unfortunately ruined it as a day out.
