Highlights
- Manavi - The tour begins with a stop at Manavi village. Here, you’ll explore a local home wine cellar and start tasting homemade wine and Chacha (Georgian Vodka). You can also visit a traditional sweet shop in the area.
- Sighnaghi - Next, we visit Sighnaghi, known as the “City of Love.” You’ll sample 6 different varieties of Georgian Kvevri (Clay Pot) wine, along with Brandy and Chacha.
- Velistsikhe - Following Sighnaghi, lunch will be served in the village of Velistsikhe. Enjoy delicious local cuisine and unlimited access to alcohol in a cozy, homely setting.
- Kvareli Wine Cave - After lunch, a 35-minute drive will take you to the Kvareli Wine Tunnel, one of the most popular attractions in Kvareli, where you’ll taste 2 rare Kvevri wines.
- Dedoplistskaro - On the return journey, if time permits, you can visit a Wine Factory for an excursion and another wine tasting session!
