• Mangue Seco Beach - Travel to Mangue Seco to for a day of adventure, beaches, and nature. This remote location is not accessible by car, so you’ll cross a river by canoe to explore the area. Once at the beach, opt for a dune buggy ride (own expense, optional on the day of the the tour) to explore the towering white sand dunes and stop for photos. If you opt for the tour, you’ll return to the beach after 40 minutes to spend the rest of your time relaxing, swimming and exploring the local restaurants and beach bars. Leave the beach at approximately 3:00pm for a visit to Tieta’s House, the character made famous by Jorge Amado’s novel.
