Dawn at Alligator River

The first light of dawn was just beginning to break as I met Aspen, my guide for the day, at the Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge. Though we narrowly missed seeing the red wolves, the experience was exhilarating. Meeting fellow wildlife enthusiasts who had just seen the wolves added to the thrill of the chase.
