Excellent transfer - The transfer was safe from Recife to Japaratinga, on time and with clean, new cars. Through WhatsApp, there is no delay in receiving information and they are always available to respond to us.

Confusing service - I contacted the agency to arrange some tours and a PDF was sent to me with all the prices. In a matter of just two days there was a huge increase in the cost of the tours without any of the attendants informing us in advance that there would be a change, even though we talked every day to answer any questions and there were several opportunities for them to inform. I only found out when it was closing and the full amount was sent to me. The problem is not the increase itself, but the serious failure in service.
