The day began with a sense of anticipation as I embarked on the Marangu & Chagga Cultural Day Tour. The first stop was the Marangu gate of Kilimanjaro National Park, a place that holds a special allure for any adventurer. Standing at the foot of Africa’s highest peak, I felt a familiar thrill, reminiscent of my many safaris and treks across this magnificent continent. The guide, with a wealth of knowledge, led us to a hidden valley nearby, a secret gem with a small waterfall that seemed to whisper tales of ancient times. Immersed in Chagga Culture
