• Skipjack Resort & Marina - 3 hour cruise to Sombrero Reef and we will snorkel and enjoy the lighthouse. Sombrero Key Light is located offshore of Vaca Key in Marathon, Florida. The lighthouse is located on a mostly submerged reef. One of the planet’s largest and most spectacular barrier reefs where there is an underwater wonderland full of magnificent living coral and tropical fish. Sometime we even will see Dolphins.

This vibrant underwater habitat is teeming with life, where parrotfish feast on coral and trumpetfish are camouflaged amongst the reef. The protected nature of the reef allows for schools of grunts and snappers to swim freely, alongside groupers hiding in rock crevices in search of prey. The earth’s exceptional barrier reefs are treasures of immeasurable worth, similar to subaqueous rainforests, brimming with an array of aquatic animals and vivid coral.
