Fun experience - Together with my daughter I did a Muay Thai training here, 1 on 1. At Ton and Not. It was fun and educational, heavy and also laughed. Highly recommended!
At the cafe that comes with it you can sit nicely and they have a good menu.

Great experience - Amazing experience at the Punch it Gym.
Ton was a great trainer.
Also, I really liked the clothes shop and the coffe shop facing the training area.

Great Muay Thai Experience in Koh Samui - The coach was nice and encouraging. Since it was my first time engaging in this activity, the coach was patient and not harsh, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely come back or at least continue doing this activity in my country. Thank you!

Most amazing gym in Thailand! - If you enjoy boxing, fitness, health, and working with amazing professionals, then look no further than Punch It gym. Amazing vibes, your age or skill set do not matter. There’s something for everyone. Rose and Ben in the office are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. In my few weeks there, I made life-long friends. See you soon, family!!

Great Gym! If you like martial arts and are in Koh Samui you need to go! - I took private lessons for a week with Fas and I loved it. He is a great coach and it is a great gym. Very relaxed atmosphere. I walked in as a beginner and out of shape and he took great care of me and taught me lots of great moves. If you like martial arts, it is a great experience that i highly recommend. Also, go on your first day, because you will want to come back.

Best experience in Koh Samui - I have been to Koh Samui twice now and stayed with punchit both times, the gym is really good for all levels and the crew are great, super friendly and helpful. I did beginner classes as well as 1:1 classes. The 1:1 sessions are really worth it if your looking to sharpen your technique, as the trainers pick up on your weaknesses and help you fix them. The rest of the team made our stay really easy and the owner Markus was very accommodating and helpful. 10/10 experience , i highly recommend to anyone whether your into muay thai/martial arts or not.

Amazing teachers - I tried muay thai for the very first time here. I wanted to do a private session to be certain that my back problems were respected, and they were. I got to try so much that I haven't tried before, and I didn't got pushed to do anything I couldn't. I can't wait until next time we're in Koh Samui, and I will come here again!

Private lesson - Visited Punch It gym with my son who’s 9, had a private lesson each (both had a instructor) our first time doing Muay Thai and we both loved it, hard work but the instructors were brilliant, friendly and appreciated our personal levels. Definitely worth a visit and only 5 minutes walk to beach for a Singha beer!!
