• Refunds will not be issued if you miss or due to late or non-arrival of your flight
• A minimum of 2 people per booking is required, single passenger pays 2 person rate
• After 15 minutes, the vehicle will leave the hotel/cruise facility, no refunds will be issued
• No time changes once confirmed

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
