Beautiful day with Fabrizio and his team - We took this trip on foot when we arrived on the island, it is very well organized , and very convenient because few possibilities to do it on our own. Guide Fabrizio has arranged to shift our return ticket to the ferry so that we can also take a boat tour of the island. A busy day, which we would have liked to extend.

Very nice visit!! - 4 days trip with a friend. A beautiful island guided by Fabrizio which is very nice and helpful! We will return with great pleasure!!!

Abandoned and Ripped Off! - DO NOT DO THIS TOUR! We tried this tour May 18th & was disappointed from the get-go! We contacted the tour operator the day or two before by email to let them know our ferry from Salerno was arriving close to the tour start time and he responded they would wait up to 15 minutes. As soon as we debarked the ferry, we made it to the meeting point with 25 minutes TO SPARE due to taking an earlier ferry. We waited and waited and never saw a tour guide. We walked around the meet up area and asked at the Cafe. A waiter said it was the correct place. (Other tours were gathering and left). 25 minutes after the meet-up time, the same waiter approached us and asked who we were waiting for. He then went out of the Cafe and walked to find a gentleman he recognized telling him he had tour people waiting. No sign or identifying tag on the man. (He smelled and looked dirty.) We were the only people waiting which seemed odd. He said he was 'assisting' the tour guide who we were now going to meet at the top. So we loaded in a van full of passengers and made our way to Anacapri. He then escorted us behind the cemetery and joined us with the 'real' tour guide. No tour or history of any kind! The tour guide said to us 'oh you wrote you might be late' and I told him we were not late and arrived 20 minutes prior to the tour start time. He then said the tour started in Naples! ??? It seems we were hitched on to another tour from the get-go that had it's own itinerary different from what was in the description we booked. So, he showed us into a couple shops to sample different products - big deal! We could have done this on our own with a taxi ride up to Anacapri from the port! He then told us to do whatever we wanted - buy a ticket on the chairlift, walk to the overlook, shop, and meet back at the van at a designated time. We didn't have enough time for the chair lift - long line. The van loaded and proceeded down the hill a bit to a small shopping/parking area where several people got off to go on a boat ride. The guide instructed the rest of us to 'hang out' or go back to the port. At that point it started rainy and getting very windy. We hung out in a cafe - nothing to do at this area - and the man we started with in port was also in that cafe. We asked him what the heck was going on because our tour stated a boat ride to start out and then a guided tour of the island. He didn't know when the guide would be back to get us and tried offering some excuses that we probably wouldn't be seeing the famous rocks and gardens which was part of the tour. At this point, we were fed up, cold and wet and left to go back to the port area. So much for a guided tour and boat ride in Capri! TRIP ADVISOR, PLEASE VET YOUR TOURS AND GUIDES. YOU WASTED OUR MONEY AND WE DESERVE A REFUND. I recall another customer having somewhat the same experience! Not acceptable! Sue Martucci, Sun City Center, Florida, USA
