A Korean Food Experience that Hits the Heights! - A short walk from the nearest subway station takes you (almost literally!) to the heights of quality Korean Cooking. The address on our confirmation page was clear and precise, but didn't mention it was on the 24th floor... (Don't worry, the lobby of the building has some helpful staff.) Min, our host/teacher/mentor/guide was excellent. She was able to teach a mixed ability class with clear information, good English, depth of knowledge and humour. We all participated in firstly preparing and cooking a seaweed soup (simple and delicious!) We then began preparing two more dishes from the fresh ingredients already weighed out in front of us. The six of us in the group shared holiday highlights during thepreparation- the wonderful view of the city seafront was a definite highlight! Min checked our knife skills and showed us exactly what was required for each dish. We were all meat eaters without allergies, but Min mentioned that provided she was informed beforehand, she can alter the dies to suit any client's needs. Enough words - what about the food? The pancake I made was delicious, but mine didn't look so good. I've therefore cheated and used a picture a friendly Dutch guy made. The Bimbap however is mine. Also, in my opinion, delicious too. Min helped us to a low table and showed us how to eat Korean style. (A 'normal' table is available for those who would have difficulty in kneeling or sitting cross-leged) In three hours we were entertained, educated, enthralled, and enthused. The skills learned will greatly help me prepare a similar banquet for family and friends. Thank you so much Min!

Great experience! - It was our first time doing a cooking course abroad and it was great! Min made so much effort to accommodate everyone and structured the process well. Cooking the food was a lot of fun and of course eating it afterwards. Min introduced us to Korean culture with her loving manner. Thank you so much Min! :-)

This cooking class was FABULOUS!!!! - My daughter and I had a wonderful time with Min and her cooking class-- We learned so much about Korean culture and cuisine and we met some wonderful people in the class. Min was kind, informative, gracious and super cool. She was so kind to my daughter on her 24th birthday! It was a great day!!

Delightful and fun experience - Min was a welcoming host and created an atmosphere of warmth and fun as we learned how to cook three different Korean dishes while we learned about Korean culture, too. This was truly a delightful experience shared with others from all around the world. Highly recommend this cooking course when you come to Busan, South Korea.

Our cooking class with... - Our cooking class with Min was one of the best experiences we had in Busan. I enjoyed learning how to cook the dishes and learning a little about Korean culture. Min is an excellent instructor and she even provided great recommendations around the city and truly cared that we enjoy our experiences in Busan. I highly recommend this experience!

Highlight of Our Trip - Min is a warm and engaging host. Loved the way she wove in the history and cultural significance of each dish. Everything was delicious. This class was the highlight of our trip.

Fantastic experience - Min was so warm, knowledgeable, and personable, and a great teacher. Her English is also excellent. We got to wear special historical palace aprons, learn the traditional way of making soy sauce, and compare different soy sauces. Every detail was perfect. She even showed us exactly how to hold the utensils, the dishes, and the special tea cups. I I love to cook and I learned so much from her, like exactly the color the item should achieve or when to flip the pancake. Plus we had some wonderful conversations about her travels, Korean A/C, adoption, cats. etc. The morning we spent in her home was one of the highlights of our entire trip!

This class is amazing! - I cannot express enough how fun this class was! Min is the sweetest woman you’ll meet and she takes such great care of everyone. It’s a fun atmosphere and wonderful time cooking and eating. Highly highly recommend!!

We liked it a lot. Would definitely recommend it, especially to tourists that don’t know a lot about Korea. - Min was a great teacher. The group was very friendly. The food was good and we liked the way the cultural background was liked to the dishes and ingredients.
