Pumukalle & Hot Air Baloon Trip - We had a wonderful excursion to Pamukalle and hot air balloon ride organised by this tour company. It was a very early start to make it for the sunrise balloon launch but it was well worth it for the spectacular views over Pamukalle, a truly wonderful experience. The entrance fee to the Pamukalle site is separate (£27 or €30), I would recommend paying for the additional fee to take a dip in the Cleopatra spring. The bus on the day arrived on time to pick us up, and stoped frequently for comfort breaks going there and coming back. The tour guide Kerim was helpful and informative who stayed with us throughout the trip.

amazing day out - we had a full day excursion. Kerem, our guide for the day, picked us up at 2am from marmaris and we arrived to the hot air balloon ride at cotton castle in time to watch them being inflated. the ride itself was incredible and the views were amazing. I would reccomeded this to everyone. Kerem then took us to the town hierapolis. He was a great guide, very knowledgeable and showed us all the key areas an helped us with photographs all day. we then had a swim in the cleoatra thermal pool which is worth the extra cost. He made sure we stopped plenty of times for toilet and drink breaks through the day and the lunch which was also included was great, a buffet style meal with lots of choice. we both had a great time on this trip and it far exceeded our expectations. Kerem helped make it enjoyable and memorable.

An honest review of our day - Absolutely loved the hot air balloon ride! Was a once in a life time trip and worth the 6 hour round trip. We were collected from our hotel at 1:30 and arrived at the hot air balloon field at around 5:30. It was interesting to watch the balloons fill and float up and also beautiful at sunrise. The staff were also very helpful assisting us into the basket. We rode in the air for about an hour and were very impressed with the pilots landing skills! We brought an optional video of the flight for 350 lira (must be paid in cash so make sure you have that). We then got back on the bus and drove to the rock centre - this was a quick stop where we were also given a roll for breakfast. After we drove to the Pamukkale site - this was an extra 1200 lire entrance fee - it would be better if this was included in the tour ticket. Once in our lovely guide Keram told us about the history of the place then we had some free time to explore. We went on the terraces but this was very busy and rough on your feet - no shoes allowed. After we went to Cleopatras pool this was an extra 340 lira but was a good cool off as there is not much shade. Then we went and got back on the bus and drove to a restaurant for lunch which was a lovely buffet with food to suit us all. There was a quick stop for wine tasting on the way home then a further 3 hour journey. Overall we had a lovely day and our guide Keram was very helpful it would just have been nice if the hidden costs were included in the price of the ticket as we ended up spending an extra 1890 lira.
