Fabulous ride in nature on well looked after horses. Highly recommended - Amazing horse ride through the forests above Marmaris. Fantastic to wade through the river on horseback. To be surrounded by nature in such a dry hot place is just what you need to feel.rejuvinated. Horses are looked after really well. Well fed and taken care of. Even if your first time horse riding it is an easy walk and they are very professional and look after all riders. Just a walk so if you are experienced rider already just enjoy the scenery and good vibes of being on a beautiful horse in lush and beautiful forests.

amazing experience - It was a wonderful horse ride where we went into a beautiful stream at some point! The horses were all well trained and the keepers kept a close watch on everyone while not being too nosy!

Horse Safari - Well organised and a great thing to do away from Marmaris. Had fun while riding the horse around the forest and was good to have photos taken along the trail

You need to book this trip as very enjoyable and easy to Do..😎🇹🇷👍🌞 - Great activity horse safari up in marmaris hills..A short journey to visit the horses and other friendly animals where horse trainer explains the protocol and instructions to have a memorable experience.. A nice group of 12 of all ages headed out in single file at a nice trot pace on a dirt track that the horses knew well.. My horse ( Carlos) was very experienced and gave me a day to remember..thank you..You can feed the horses once back at stables and view photos of the day..always remember to haggle the price as I did...yes the whole time spent on this activity was excellent and worth the 5 stars I've given also well done Viator 👍🇹🇷🌞🐎😎😁

Serene Experience - Was picked up promptly from our hotel with WhatsApp updates and without delays. Arrived at the destination high up in the hills where we were briefed on the whole tour and paid £1 for lockers to store valuables. Helmets were then strapped up and we were then provided instructions on how to mount the horse and take control of the reigns. The ride began and was excellent. You get to traverse through the forest and get partially submerged in the river (about knee deep) so remember to wear some suitable footwear. Do not bring trainers. You may feed the horses and other animals at the end of the ride if you wish. They like apples. I'd recommend the experience and the owner is very accommodating and honest so thought I'd purchase the pics. I'd do it again if I come come back to the region. A photographer is present throughout the whole ride taking photos so you can decide to purchase them and keep memories at the end of the ride. Food and beverage are also available to purchase from the bar.

Incredible guides and amazing animals - Our guides were absolutely amazing and had such a wonderful connection with the horses, every one had a story that was shared with us. The guides were fun and looked after us so well from start to finish. Forest was beautiful and river was refreshing. This is a great experience for beginners too. We fell in love with all our horses, Aisha, Asel, Lady, Tornado, and especially CARLOS!!

Horseback riding - Very friendly staff apart from one but didn't let him ruin the experience. The gent who did the brief was lovely, had me trotting and a small gallop as I had a young horse who had only just started out. I will say the gent driving the minibus needs speaking too, had an argument with another mini bus driver, reversing down entire roads, flinging the van around corners (with children onboard) and at one point not even driving in a lane constantly answering his phone. Overall, I'd do it again.

Avoid - This was an experience and a half not even for the actual horse riding but the journey there on the road the driver nearly took us off the road! The whole mini bus gasped as we were very close to tipping over the edge of the mountain. Trust me I know people in Turkey drive fast but this was the most dangerous reckless thing I have ever experienced! When we got there to the stables we had to immediately lock our phones away so we could not take any photos whatsoever. You are then given a brief and asked who has ridden before etc. You are then walked over to the horses and given another brief of what not to do and what you should do and then off you go. You are told twice and the instructor even says it again keep your horse away from the horse in front however the horses have been trained to walk in a line and they are just constantly biting and kicking one another and if you are not an experienced horse rider there is nothing you can do as the horse just does whatever it wants to do. You get to walk through a river which is COATED in horse manure so if your footwear is covered in it and the bottom of your legs. You are asked constantly if you are ok which is nice that they check. When you get back to the stables you can buy the horses food which is £3 for one apple. Then you are pulled into a little room to be shown your photos which have been photoshopped and charged £40 per person to have your photos WhatsApp to you so as a family of 5 they wanted £200. We were offered £15 per picture which of course they make sure not to get a group photo so we would of had to buy 5 different pictures costing £75. When walking they keep you away from whoever you are in a group with which was a huge worry for me as my son who is 9 had never ridden a horse before was right at the front my partner right at the back and my daughter was somewhere in the middle. Another thing which was just a big blow was on the way back with the manic driver again my partner was talking to another family and they booked through a person on the beachfront and they paid £40 which was £20 for both adults and the kids went free. I however booked using TripAdvisor and paid £140 DO NOT USE TRIP ADVISOR TO BOOK EXCURSION AS THEY ARE QUARTER OF THE PRICE ON THE BEACHFRONT. My daughter was told that her horse was lazy and greedy and as punishment, it is made to run around outside in the heat non-stop for a few hours and this was for all the horses. One of the horses that just belonged to a worker there had a huge sore on its back which was an open wound. There is a baby donkey tied up to a pole in the middle of a field with no shade. Very sad that we have no pictures to remember this excursion as the price of the photos AGAIN is just ridiculous and you are physically made to lock your phones away.
