Lunch in Rhodes - Eric handled our reservation. Everything was well organised. We had a lovely day in Rhodes. We had lovely Greek lunch and went around the Rhodes on a tour bus.

Trip - The trip was amazing a lot of fun Mr.Osman very nice guy beautiful views a lot energy good food and very good pictures taken by Osman i recommend!

Ferry day trip to Rhodes town - We chose a day trip to Rhodes organised by Osman, who kept in contact with us throughout the whole booking. He was very punctual and made the whole booking process, so easily to do. Rhodes itself is a beautiful town to visit,and would definitely recommend a visit. All in all, a great day out, and would recommend Osman to arrange your booking.

Rhodes excursion and cruise - Everything was great, we went on two tours through the agency and both were beautiful. The organization is excellent and Osman is wonderful, he explained everything to us in detail. I definitely recommend this agency. Ifwe come to Marmaris again, every trip must be through this agency. Rhodes trip - Found this company online and they were English. Loaded thru WhatsApp and he arranged to come to our hotel for payment and a copy of passport. He arrived on time and explained process and pick up time from hotel. All went easily and smoothly. Highly recommend this company. All port taxes were included in price and no hidden extras.

Their error cost us a taxi fare and no refund - We booked this after seeing the reviews online thinking this company sounded good . Well we must have been incredibly unlucky. We booked online and received our instructions. Pick up from our hotel at 7.50 . We stated where we staying and this showed on our booking confirmation, which we screenshot so the "we told them the wrong hotel " excuse won't be able to be used against us. Coach turned up and the driver wouldn't let us on as he only had 4 names on his list which were the other 2 couples waiting. He said another Coach would arrive shortly. After 15 minutes no coach had appeared so we rang. We were told that we had put down wrong hotel (which we didn't and have proof) so would have to get a taxi. So I'm 800lira down and not even seen the boat yet. The actual trip was fine Rhodes is lovely. Nobody tells you about the endless queues though 1st is 45 mins to get through passport control and customs at Marmaris 2nd is 40 mins to get through the same at Rhodes. 3 and 4 is exactly the same coming back So your losing 3½ hrs of the 10 hr trip in queues. Back to the tour operator. We tried to WhatsApp him several times asking if we would have a transfer back to our hotel on the return. No reply at any point. Exceptionally poor customer service and no offer of a refund for the taxi due to their error. I'd look elsewhere next time

Stranded with no replies or apology - Though Rhodes was lovely, the treatment from the tour company was not. Was giving instructions to be outside our hotel at 7:50 we arrived at 7:40 and waited with two other couples who were also going on the ferry. A bus arrived and we were told that he wasn’t expecting us even though our booking specified we were at the correct pick up point. Driver told us that we were on a different bus so we waited a further ten minutes and no bus arrived. I called the company who said they would contact the driver for us. 10 minutes go by and no call back from the company or the return of the driver, I call the company again who claim I had selected a different hotel for my pick up point. This was untrue as I have screenshots of all the details specifying the pick up point was the correct hotel we were staying at. We were told no transfer would be coming to pick us up and that the only option would be a taxi that we would have to pay for ourselves. I messaged the tour operator on WhatsApp who asked for my reference number and reservation code. Provided this information and have not received any further messages from them. The one message I did receive was the location of the port and told to be there by 9:20am, the ferry is scheduled to leave at 8:45am so not sure how that one works in all honesty. Upon returning from Rhodes I messaged the operators if we would have a transfer to our correct hotel upon arrival, sadly this message seemed to fall on deaf ears as it was read and ignored again. The lack of communication for such an expensive trip is worrying.
