- They Will Grow - The Monument commemorating 30 years of Victory in World War II, affectionately known by Georgians as “The Mother,” stands as a perpetual tribute, greeting both travelers and locals at the entrance to the sunny city of Marneuli. This monument features a bronze woman standing behind two children, holding a single sword shared between them. Created by the renowned Soviet-era sculptor Merab Konstantinovich Berdzenishvili, this masterpiece earned him an award in 1976. The central theme is to remind people of the sacrifices made to achieve victory in the war.
- Bagratashen - Sadakhlo Border Crossing - This is where the border between Georgia and Armenia is crossed. The crossing typically takes between 10 to 20 minutes.
- Dilijan National Park - The forests of Dilijan span over 34,000 hectares. Established as a state forest reserve in 1958, it was later designated as Dilijan National Park in 2002 to enhance the natural environment around Dilijan. Forests cover 94% of the park, featuring approximately 40 types of trees and 18 types of bushes, predominantly oaks, beeches, hornbeams, maples, elms, and willows.
- Monument to the Heroes of the Film Mimino - Celebrating a legendary Soviet film, the Monument to the Heroes of the Film Mimino showcases statues of key characters and offers a fantastic photo opportunity. Located in the town center, the memorial depicts three characters engaged in conversation around a drinking water faucet. It’s a perfect spot for film enthusiasts to capture a memorable photo or simply refill a water bottle, so don’t forget your camera.
- Sharambeyan Street - With its traditional houses and artisan workshops, Sharambeyan Street transports visitors back in time by hundreds of years. Nestled within a national park, the area is affectionately called “Little Switzerland” due to its forested hills and charming stone and wood houses. It is home to many Armenian visual artists, musicians, and filmmakers. Visitors can explore the quaint shops or stay in one of the guesthouses. The street also features an art gallery and a museum.
- Lake Sevan - Known as the “Jewel of Armenia” or the “Geghama Sea,” Lake Sevan is one of the largest high-altitude freshwater lakes globally. Visitors can enjoy lunch at a restaurant with a stunning view, sampling Armenian cuisine and fresh fish from the lake.
- Monastery Sevanavank - Sevanavank Monastery is a distinguished example of medieval Armenian architecture. This monastic complex is situated near the town of Sevan.
- The Bridge of Peace - The return to Tbilisi is scheduled for late evening, but there is also the option to be dropped off in Yerevan if preferred.

Very good - Aleski was a brilliant tour guide, and took time to explain all the history and meanings behind our stops.
He brought us to a traditional food court for lunch, where we got to have some traditional food.
The car was comfortable & clean too!

Great experience to Lake Sevan! - We went to Lake Sevan through Friendly.ge and had a great experience. Aleksi, who took us was extremely knowledgable, kind and friendly, took us through the minor details and was with us all throughout. It was a long drive, and tiring day, but thanks to Aleksi, things went pretty well.
Thank you so much Aleksi.

Great day trip from Tbilisi to Armenia - We had a great time in Armenia on our day trip from Tbilisi to Lake Sevan, with our very knowledgeable guide Guram. He shared with us both Georgian and Armenian history and patiently answered all our many questions. We enjoyed our time in Dilijan and Lake Sevan very much. The border crossing went smoothly both times (took about 20-30 min in the morning, and only about 10 min when we came back at night). Guram drove us safely on this very long day trip. We would definitely recommend him!

You must go on this trip!! - This trip was superb.Alexis was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide who went out of his way to be helpful ,look after us and take our wishes into account. The scenery, especially with the lovely weather and the autumn colour, was awesome. Lake Sevan is a must-see destination. All-in-all it was worth every penny.

Fun trip to Armenia - I went on a full-day tour to northern Armenia with Guram Gurashvili. Guram was an excellent guide, and a very safe driver! He knows a lot about Georgian and Armenian history, and was an excellent conversationalist. HIs English is very good. We went to Dilijan, an old resort town that is being renovated, and Lake Sevan, which is a huge, high lake in the steppe region. Saw many beautiful landscapes, ate the local trout from Lake Sevan, and had a great time all around.

Blissful Sevan Lake am Yerevan - We had an amazing guide in Alexi. He was punctual and attentive to our needs. He had a vast knowledge of the area and of Armenia Sevan Lake region as well as Yerevan. He went out of his way to show us the Ararat mountains. Which were almost impossible to see due to cloud cover. But Alexi was an absolute gem. I will undoubtedly recommend him. We are South African and had to apply for visa on arrival. He patiently waited for us as the process took longer than usual.
Thank you Alexi.

Surprising Armenia - Had a great day out in Armenia. Weather was spectacular. Our driver, Aleksei, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. He was so excited when he saw how green Sevan Lake was and got us to a fabulous restaurant overlooking the lake so we could relax. The entire trip was really interesting - crossing the border into Armenia was straightforward for us but the car’s paperwork took over an hour. We spent the time people watching - absolutely fascinating. Dilijan was also lovely and we made an extra stop for Turkish coffee. Definitely recommend this trip.
