Great experience - Great tour great tour guide mohammad.camp was really good and comfy. If you are a solo traveller there is no need to be scared of. Only minor problem is that if you are a big person, shuttle seat might feel small but we had break in almost every two hours so not a big problem.

Awesome adventure, highly recommend. - Hamid was an awesome driver, kept us updated on travels times from place to place. He also stopped at wonderful view sites. He was very accommodating, had phone chargers and made sure we were all happy. Both guides at the desert and Ait Benhaddou were also great.

Trip to the Desert - Good thing: Trip was well planed and fully packed with a lot of activities. Laarbi was very welcomed to the guest and always available to answer questions. Things to improve: Try to control, if you send the right location to the guests and maybe put the name and the number of the driver into the email, so it’s easy to communicate and meet at the right point. All in all it was an amazing experience! Thank you.

TWO DAYS IN ZAGORA FROM MARRAKECH - We went on this hike with my family. Long and challenging journey but it was definitely worth it. Very beautiful landscapes. Unforgettable desert night and sunrise. The desert guides very kind and helpful. Special thanks to the driver Ibraim; professional, nice and helpful.

A fun experience overall - an awful long drive there and back but driver did stop every couple of hours for toilet and coffee stops, lunch etc. driver came no commentary at all, was just there to drive. ait Ben Haddou was great but the guide told the group it was an extra 30 dirhems per person. And we ended up having to pay it through the pressure. About 15 in our group so he made himself an extra 450 on the side. No mention of this fee as an exclusion cost on Victor. I wrote to Viator customer service and despite confirming they got my message i haven’t heard anything since!! Not very impressed - it’s not about 3 euros per person it’s the principle. the Spanish family of 6 had to fork out an extra 18 euros on top of the cost of the tour. The guide here also pretty much forced us to buy head scarves and said they were compulsory - they are not, don’t waste your money and maybe just bring your own to cover your eyes and mouth if the wind picks up. Overall a fun experience - food at the overnight camp was good along with camel ride.

Beautiful experience with prints - A wonderful experience with limitations. For now, I would encourage everyone to embark on this journey. Ait Ben Haddou is really worth seeing and the mountains also offer a great incentive. The absolute highlight for us was riding the camels and staying overnight with meals in the beautiful spacious tents. The sunrise was wonderful and the breakfast was carefully put together and delicious. But why “only” 3/5 points in the review? First, I would like to mention communication here. If there was any problem, you were obviously waiting for something, then the reason was not communicated or assumptions made for you. This was certainly also due to the fact that there were language barriers despite the English-speaking guide. Furthermore, the ride is very far and I think the length of the stops and the ride could be named more clearly. Finally, I have to say that I am too big a fan of Moroccan cuisine to really like the food at Ait Ben Haddou or on the way back. The prices were of course touristy and the quality rather inferior. Nevertheless, I remembered the trip also because of the nice people on the bus really nice.

Interesting but logistical destination to review - Although the destination is worth a visit, the route is too difficult to live with the minibuses on offer. Trip Tip: Go there on your own and stay 2 nights. The people we met were great and the night in the desert could have been magical if the organization was better. This excursion finally left me with a bitter taste. I got sick on the way, the staff were not able to provide care, the excursion to ben Haddou too long and under the scorching midday sun, late arrival in the desert which did not allow us time to enjoy it, and lots of noise all night.
