Memorable! - We arrived in Morocco with a general plan of what we wanted to see and experience, but had not booked any tours in advance. On the recommendation of our Riad in Marrakech, we met with Hamid, owner of Morocco Safari Desert Travel. We were immediately impressed by Hamid’s pleasant manner, professionalism and his quick grasp of what we hoped to do. At short notice, he designed a tour for us that included all of the places we wanted to visit, as well as sites we had not considered. When, towards the end of the tour, we wanted to change our itinerary, Hamid was gracious and accommodating. As we had booked late, Hamid, himself, drove us for the Essaouria portion of the tour, giving us more time to benefit from his knowledge of Morocco, generally, and of Amazigh culture and history, in particular. Khalid was our friendly and able driver for the week-long itinerary which took us through the High Atlas Mountains and the Dades and Todra Gorges, to the Sahara desert at Erg Chebbi, along the Ziz valley and across the Middle Atlas to Fes, and then back to the coast at Rabat, with stops along the route to the sites recommended by MSDT, all of which were definitely worth visiting. In Merzouga, we were treated to an impromptu performance of Gnawa music by local artists, facilitated by Khalid. We highly recommend MSDT. We felt well cared for, safe and comfortable being driven in a new, clean and air-conditioned car, and could not fault the choice of accommodation. Visiting Morocco was an incredible experience thanks in large part to the services of this excellent local tour company.

Everything was amazing... - Everything was amazing our driver Omar was great. Wish we could've stopped in a little more non touristy spots for food etc. Very scheduled but I understand it makes things go smoothly. Accommodations were great. Food was good.
