Amazing, unforgettable, well worth it!! - It's a long drive, but absolutely worth it! Our driver, Hossaine, was amazing. Both friendly and a very good (and safe!) driver. The bus is actually very modern with airco and wifi. There are plenty of stops on the way to the Sahara where you can buy water, take beautiful pictures and use regular toilets. Funnily enough, we had three guides called Hassan. One showed us an ancient Berber town (hot! But awesome views). The second Hassan (who speaks JAPANESE!) showed us a city with beautiful carpets and a huge canyon in a large green (plants) area with farms and lots of cold water, stunning! Finally, the trip into the Sahara. It's short, but special. The camel ride is amazing, but we did feel a little bit bad regarding the animals. The camp is very luxurious (showers, regular toilet, sockets to charge your phone) and the stars are brilliant. Honestly, the heat didn't bother the four of us that much, suprisingly. All in all, we (our family consisting of 4 people loved it! So that was the positive part. But I also want to give a couple notes on more 'negative' things. Lunch is not included and there isn't really an option to buy your own food unless you bring a lot yourself. The food is really good though. Also, you are kind of expected to tip every now and then, but they won't drive you nuts about it. We did have to pay 30 dirham per person to visit the old Berber town, but they used that money to rebuild it after the earthquake in 2023. Also highly recommend to buy your own headscarf in advance, cheaper than on the road. Do make sure the quality is good. Finally, in the desert you have a camel trip towards the camp. They will then give you 3 options for the return journey. Whatever option, you arrive at the same time back at the bus. Option 1: for 100 dirham you can hop on a car, visit some nomads, watch the sunrise, 'sandboard' and race through the desert. We chose this option 1. Option 2: More expensive, you can return by quad. Option 3: Free, you can return by camel. The way to the camp is 30-45 min. The return journey is 90 minutes. Like I said earlier, we did worry about animal cruelty which was one of the reasons we didn't want to do the free option. Tips: - we were advised to bring warm clothes, didn't need them do bring long clothing !!! - make sure you have and buy water often. - have cash! And be prepared to pay for the lunches and tip (sometimes). Personally I hate tipping, at least the American system. But in Morocco, during this 3 day trip, I didn't mind too much. - communication isn't always 100% clear, but generally they take good care of you. Shoutout to Houssaine (driver) and the three

Great desert tour - Went with Hassan and had so much fun! He‘s a very good and kind driver and the tour itself is very nicely laid out! If you have dietry restrictions (e.g vegeterian) however, make sure to tell the people you book the tour with & the people of the accommodation as soon as you arrive or else it‘ll be tricky.

Couscous group - We were very fine with the driver becouse Houssein is so energetic and simphatic. He could talk some many language like the local guide in Thinguir, Hassan. Hassan is a very hard worker and could talked with everyone. They included us in their culture and enjoy all together a nice time in life, thank you so much for that!

NOTHING RECOMMENDABLE 👎🏼 - We are two brothers from Colombia, we found this page because it looked pretty believable. We based on the reviews but at the beginning of the tour began the problems, a bus that in our opinion is not in optimal condition to transport tourists at more than 40 degrees, its air conditioning did not work in the best way, followed by this there were chairs with broken belt, loose cushion and some chairs that could not hold on their own and this generated discomfort in the passenger behind. Greater benefit of the tourist, not counting “THE TIP” that becomes mandatory knowing that it is of its own free will. Something quite important to clarify IS THAT THE HOTELS ARE NOTHING COMPARED TO THE ALLEGED RIYADH THEY OFFER ON THE PAGE. EYE!!!! To end the bad experience we are intoxicated by the bad handling in one of the restaurants, we DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
