Fantastic experience - On the first day we left Marrakech to visit the High Atlas Mountains, we continued towards Ait-Ben-Haddou with intermediate stops. The day ended at the gorges of Dades. On the second day we saw the Todra Gorges and then arrived in the desert. The desert experience exceeded expectations. It was great to ride the dromedaries at sunset and dawn, the tent was very spacious and also had a bathroom. The last day served entirely to return to Marrakech with a very long journey dampened by many stops. The agency made itself available for any need and information, in fact we requested to move the tour by one day and they did not hesitate to help us. Thanks to Guide Hamid and driver Achraf(and his music) for making the experience unforgettable!

Amazing experience with Guide Ahmed – an unforgettable trip through Morocco! - My experience with Guide Ahmed was simply wonderful, one of the best of my life! Knowing Morocco, with its rich culture and civilization, was even more special by its incredible hospitality. We made a 4-day tour, starting in Marrakesh, and went through stunning landscapes in the country’s interior. The highlight was camping in a luxurious 5-star campsite in the middle of the Sahara desert – a unique experience, and still we were lucky to witness rain in the desert! The full Vacation Package cost 250 euros, all inclusive (hotels, transfer, breakfast, dinners, camel tours, Spanish Guide and more). Ahmed was amazing: fun, attentive and full of local tips. He even took us to a wedding lunch from a friend of his, something totally unusual for tourists. I highly recommend! Morocco is beautiful and, unlike some European destinations, tourism there is quieter and more sustainable. An unforgettable cultural and natural experience!

Experience to be redone!! - We chose a group tour, and we did well because we also made friends. It was a tiring trip but very nice and with many stops... our guides were very competent and very nice!! The desert what to say.... a wonderful experience... to do at least once in a lifetime. And the person who ran the tour always sent me messages x asking me if everything was going well... highly recommended tour❤️

Sahara adventure - The trip to Sahara was amazing. Things went a bit too fast. Maybe og we could have the opportunity to breathe a little in the morning, gather around and make local food together before going back already. I wish there were more activities in the sand. Like sandbordning on longer sand dunes for example! Other than that, the camel ride in the sunset felt surreal and the rooms were luxurious. It was nice to have a shower after a long day. The dinner was so tasty. And the camels so cute.

4 friends from marrakech - Fantastic experience. We saw the gorges of todras and the gorges of dades, and did two long stretches in the desert on the saddle of a camel. The night in the tent with the whole group was very nice. Also along the way we stopped at restaurants where we ate delicious buffet dishes. My girlfriend and I recommend this experience to everyone. We give 4 stars instead of 5 because, despite the Guide was exceptional he did not speak very good Italian as written at the time of registration. Also it was not clear the division between luxury tent and normal tent at the time of the division for the night since we divided into two different campsites in an unclear way, but apart from these small points the experience would be redone 1000 times.

They didn't deliver the service they promised! THERE IS NOTHING LUXURY - To start the tour is 10 hs by mini bus (very hard seats and little space) with 1 Guide for 2 vehicles that was inserted at each stop during the 10 hours. From the beginning there was no Guide, we had 1/2. We hired a Guide in Spanish and 95% of the time he spoke Portuguese and asked us “Argentines understand?”. This is because in the total of the 2 minibuses there were 4 Argentinians and 2 Spaniards, who did not even have the delicacy to group us, plus the Guide spoke better Portuguese, both tourist information and all kinds of jokes. 10 hours of this situation on the way and 10 hours on the way back... Along the way they took us to a place to buy drinks” and remarked alcoholics for what the Guide called “the party of the night”, most of the market were vertical refrigerators full of beers of many brands. So almost all of us bought a lot of water and packs of beer as we had 2 nights to go and we had been stressed that the tour did not include drinks. We arrived at the 1st hotel at 18:40, we were taken to store the drinks in an industrial cold room of the hotel, which for dinner never cooled the beers (and obviously we could not drink the water we had bought - because we had to buy there in the hotel). So that night everyone picked up the drinks and took them to the room. We also ordered ice, but they didn't have any. 1st night there was no party, but we didn't care because the idea was different and the next day we were going to the desert excursion. When we told the Guide about the cold, he told us that in the desert they had an exclusive Frizer to cool the drinks for “the night party.” The next day, after several stops, we arrived in the desert at 18hs, got on the camels and arrived at the camp. We hire and pay for a luxury room, with air and wifi. It was our honeymoon. When we were assigned the room we were sent to a tent with the other Argentinian couple and when we entered the tent there were 4 single beds. In this room there was no luxury or air conditioning, not even a fan. When I saw all that I went to complain to the Guide and explain what we hired and that I would not sleep on my honeymoon with a couple in the same room. They told us that there was no problem that they gave us another tent but that there was no air conditioning throughout the camp and that the internet did not work, that connected but did not walk. I attach a video and photos of what the luxury room was according to them. Added to that at 20hs when we went to save the drinks for dinner and the evening party, there were 2 Freezers, 1 off and that connected at the time and another working where the drinks they sold were. We all complained, so much so that they opened the lock on the Freezer of them for us to keep there. Clearly nothing cooled and neither was there ice, which would be understandable in the middle of the desert. But none of this was told before. The next day we were already back so the drinks were mostly left there in the locked Freezer. A total mess, the hard bed, the uncomfortable pillows. The carpet already dirty and full of sand before entering. Old, holey towels. They had no air conditioning or fan. In conclusion, I paid for a service they didn't fulfill. At no time nothing but nothing fancy. And the food was always the same. My experience was not good at all, and since we complained about all this, the Guide did not speak to us anymore, he avoided us all the time.
