Amazing experience! - We had a great experience! The views were amazing, the hikes were challenging but doable and our guide Mohamed Bowajamor and Abdul were really friendly. Sometimes talking in English was a bit hard, but everything was understandable. Would be a nice addition if you get to learn more about the berber history/way of live, during the walk.

Highly recommended - I had an amazing time on this experience with my wonderful guide, Mohammad. He was a true professional, guiding us through beautiful villages and incredible scenery. It is a really nice feeling to be in such good hands when you are off the beaten path. This experience allows you to see the real side of the Atlas Mountains. I felt like a visitor in another world. Enjoyed Mountain Trek and village visit - Muhammed Bujamore was a great guide. I am 76 years old so after the first day I realized that the original trek we had planned would be too difficult for me Muhammed came up with an alternative which was callenging but well within my capabilities. I especially enoyed visting Muhammeds village and eating lunch at his home. This gave me a picture of life in the villages I had been seeing from the mountains. The scenery was amazing. I rcommend the tour for the active traveler who enjoys mountain walking

Great Trek - My wife Jane and I trekked for three days in the Atlas Mountains in November 2019. The trip was superbly organised by Mohammed, who took us to and from Marrakesh, and our guide was his brother Hamsa - 'best in Morocco'! We had three excellent walks including some challenging climbs, great views and wonderful routes. We were accompanied by a mule, who carried our bags and whose driver cooked the most AMAZING food everytime we stopped. To reach the crest of a col, after three hours walking, and be greeted with salads, tagine, mint tea and orange juice felt like heaven! At the end of each day we stayed in a local guest-house sharing the accommodation with some lovely fellow-travellers. On the way back to our Riad Mohammed organised a camel trek as an unexpected additional extra. This was a great trek.

Not what we signed up for amazing none the less. - My partner and I took part in the three day trekking tour from Marrakesh. The walking was great but be prepared to not get exactly what's on the list, they make it up as they go along, be prepared to be flexible but this also means you can make requests. We didn't know what we were doing from one point to the next but if your prepared to just go along with you'll have a great time. English was basic so asking questions was a little difficult. The people are so friendly and look after you every step of the way. Here's a break down of our trip more specifically. Collected on the main square in Marrakesh on day one by a minibus that took about 10 people we were the only ones doing a three day tour, we couldn't really get anymore information about what was going to happen for the remainder of our days but they had it all in hand none the less. We then drove up to Imlil village, stopping for mint tea and small breakfast at the women's cooperative for Argan oil production and a couple of random sites for photos. On arrival we had a short walk up to a waterfall site and then back for an amazing lunch at 'Dar Atlas': fresh salad and tagine. The rest of our group then went for a camel ride and taken back to Marrakesh. We were asked to stay at the guest house with the option to walk further if we wanted to but it was very difficult to get any assistance from anyone. We then had a lovely home cooked meal by one of the ladies in the guesthouse who tended to us personally. The next morning our guide met us at the guesthouse and we embarked on two days of hiking with Mohamed Bowajamour and Hamid. Mohamed walked with us and Hamid escorted the mule that carried any belongings we wanted and basically the entire kitchen for the next two days. We had lunch on the mountain both days and dinner/breakfast in the guesthouse all made by Hamid. We had a total of about 12hours walking over two days. Ultimately lovely people and our guides were great but a little sporadic in organisation.

Great family adventure - We were picked up in Marrakech by Hassan and taken to Imlil where we ate lunch on the roof top terrace of the gite where we would be spending our first night. Hassan spent the day with us trekking around the area, showing us a waterfall and other beautiful sights and we had tea at his house. The next morning we were met by our new guide, Issmail who was so knowledgeable and kind. His English was very good and he took us trekking through many Berber villages. He and Hamza and Ibrahim took such good care of us and our four children with whom we were trekking. They provided us a mule so our four year old could ride beside us as we walked many hours during the day. At times they even carried her when it was too steep for her to be on the mule! Ibrahim was a wonderful cook and we ate a delicious picnic lunch on our first day in a lovely spot where we could rest and eat well. Issmail was an excellent guide and we trusted him completely with our family. He was kind and professional and made us feel very comfortable all the time. We walked many kilometers and had beautiful scenery of the Atlas Mountains and stayed in Berber villages that were like nothing we had seen before. Our daughters loved the trip and very much enjoyed Issmail, Hamza and Ibrahim. Highly recommend this tour, especially because of Issmail’s hospitality.
