- Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou - Continue on to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Many films, including The Mummy, Gladiator, 7 Days in Tibet, Alexander the Great, and Babel, have been shot there.
- Ouarzazate - Continue on to Ouarzazate, stopping at the Kasbah of Taourirt and the film studios if time allows. The trek then continues to the Dadès Valley along the Road of 1000 Kasbahs.
- Dades Gorges - This route will take you past the beautiful village of Skoura as well as the rose-growing region of Kalaat M’Gouna. There will be supper and an overnight stay in Dades Gorge after arriving.
- Gargantas del Todra - DAY 2: Boumalen Dades, Tinghir, Todra Gorge, Arfoud, and Merzouga Dunes.
Departure in the morning towards the Merzouga dunes. Following Tinghir, you will see the groves before venturing into the Todra Gorge. The limestone cliffs appear to be an aperture carved through the Todra Assif, which has dramatic peaks plunging to the river’s bottom.
- Merzouga - The peaks rise up to 300 meters above the Todra River, which flows from the High Atlas Mountains. You may simply stroll through the gorges and palm groves. After lunch, continue to the palm groves of Tinjedad, Touroug, and Erfoud.
The drive will next take you to Merzouga, where you will have a camel ride across the stunning dunes of Erg Chebbi and watch the sunset. Sand dunes are dynamic artworks shaped like draperies, with hues that vary depending on the intensity of the light. They exist as living walls beside the desert, with the highest reaching up to 150 meters in height. At night, nomadic tents are utilized for sleeping.
