Atlas mountain - Amazing people. Amazing food. Amazing ride. Amazing views. And most importantly, I received history on Berber people and the current issues they face post-earthquake. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely scenery - Hiking to the waterfall. The lunch and the camel ride were great. Our guide,Baha was wonderful, looking out for us on the hike and ready to answer very knowledgeably our questions. His English was very good. He did not hurry us and checked in what we wanted along the way. The only contention we had was that when I was booking online I was asking Ma Leonida whether it was a private tour and she wrote back to me saying it was definitely just the 3 of us on the tour. When we were picked up by the bus, there was another family of 5 who had also been told the same thing. A third party of 5 were also going to be picked up but when our bus arrived at their pickup point they refused to get on when they saw the rest of us in the bus. They also were told it was a private tour just for them. It’s unfortunate that we were misled and it left us feeling unsure about the integrity of the company. At the end of the day we did have a good time. I don’t know why they thought they had to deceive us

Fantastic trip, camel... - Fantastic trip, camel ride and the adventure through the Atlas Mountains was a lovely excursion from Marrakesh. Babala, our tour guide for the hike, also made us feel very welcome and was very informative!

One of the highlights of our trip to Morocco - I did this trip last week with my family and it was absolutely amazing! Our guide in the mountains (Mohamed Larbi) was incredible, really knowledgeable and so friendly. The entire family loved it, and we stopped for lunch at a local restaurant for one of the best Tajine we tasted on this trip. Our driver, Bourhim, was also really good. My only suggestion would be to incorporate some information and guided tour on the car journeys as well, as it would be good to have more context and information about the local culture and history on the way there. Highly recommend this activity 😊

Good but.... - It was a lovely trip but the times given in the description are only a guide. We didnt return to the hotel until gone five. Also there was a significant hike to the Waterfall. Something we wasnt aware of when booking this. In fact we didnt book one trip because we saw it said hike.

Worthwhile trip depending on your expectations - So, first things first: The driver, Abdul Latif, was on time, kept things fun and drove us safely for the whole day. Many thanks for that! Also, the local guide in the village of Imlil, Hamid Imoden, has good command of the English language, explained everything with passion and structured our walk/tour very professionally. Also highly recommended! As for the tour itself, If you stay in Marrakesh for a few days and want a day tour to see the Atlas mountains, traditional villages and the edge of a stony desert, this trip is for you. However, if you've been around the country already, i.e. passed through the Atlas mountains, seen other desert areas etc., then this tour will feel like a letdown because it's a lesser version of what you've already seen. As a last note, the camel ride was way too short and didn't really go into the desert. It was a mere ten minute walk around the camel farm.

Not worth the money - We went on this tour with our family, totaling 4 people. The website advertised the tour as a private activity, yet our driver unexpectedly picked up another group of 2 people. Throughout the journey, we endured long hours without any information about our surroundings or our route. Unfortunately, asking questions proved futile as the driver did not speak English. To gain some context, we googled details about our road trip and the places we encountered. The camel ride was enjoyable, although not particularly exhilarating. After the camel experience, we continued by bus, still lacking any context regarding our destination. At one point, we stopped at a seemingly random location to take pictures. During this pause, we were approached by locals who were begging for money, creating an uncomfortable situation. Later, we visited an argan oil production site, which turned out to be interesting and fun. However, the most surprising part awaited us: a hike through the mountains to reach the waterfalls. Unfortunately, some members of our group couldn't participate due to health conditions. Strangely, there was no mention of this hike on the website. Fortunately, our guide during the hike was engaging, and we learned a lot from him. Following the hike, we stopped for lunch, reuniting with other group members. As we sat down, dishes were served. Assuming this was included in the trip, we ate without hesitation. However, when it was time to leave, we received an unexpected bill. The lack of prior information about additional costs left us feeling scammed, even though it wasn't primarily about the money. The return journey was equally devoid of information and rather monotonous. This trip is not worth the money, unless you've already seen everything and can spare the energy and time for a new experience—though, honestly, you wouldn't miss much if you skipped it altogether.
