Excursion to do absolutely! - Two days of hiking to reach the summit of Mount Toubkal. Amazing experience. The guides are kind and accommodating. They adapt to everyone's speed. The food is ok, be careful as you may find yourself producing some foul gas. I recommend this agency without hesitation.

Family trek up to Mt Toukbal with breathtaking views and experience. - Booked 2 day trek with Aztat from Imlil to Mt Toubkal for family expedition. The Aztat team (special mention to Said) were highly organised, attentive and professional, arranging everything from Marrakesh riad pickup and looking after our suitcases, to gear, food, water, passes, stay in refuge, amazing food and early breakfast together with advice, information and great company. I have no hesitation in recommending Aztat for any excursion, trek or other activity. Aztat is a first rate company.

Unforgettable private tour experience in Atlas Mountains! - The whole day was fixed amazing! At the starts, a very kind driver drove us to the mountains while explaining the Berber villages and culture, as he himself is originated from the Berber villages. When we arrived at Imlil, we met our great tour guide, who grew up in the area and knew everything. He spoke very good English and brought us to places where you can only go and have the flexibility to go to if you book a private tour. The lunch was amazing as well, a fine Tajine more than enough for the two of us, including meat, bread, fries, vegetables and even some fruit (ending with Thea obviously). He interacted with all the local people, because he knows them all, and therefore we could interact with them as well. At the end of the afternoon, the same driver drove us back to Marrakech. Overall, we most definitely recommend this private tour for everyone! A private tour, especially with this these kind people, makes your experience in the Atlas Mountains unforgettable.

Superb guides and the views? Wow!!!! - Incredible 2 day trek, hard going at times, not for novice climbers/trekkers but all the hard work was so worth it. Our guides couldn't have been any better, Ibrahim and Abdul were helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. Met some lovely people on the trek as well. Couldn't recommend this enough but please train beforehand.

Toubkal 2023 - Words and photos don't do this trip justice. The guides were so helpful and informative I can't praise them enough. The trek itself was awesome and that feeling on reaching the summit will stay with me forever. Highly recommended !

A highly recommended child-friendly trek to the Imlil waterfalls - We had a level of anxiety heading off on a mountain trek with two children under ten years of age, but my wife and I need not have worried, Aztat Treks is a well run operation. From the moment our driver Mustafa picked us up in Marrakesh to the moment we returned, we were in very safe and experienced hands. Mustafa answered dozens of questions about Morocco, the Berber people, their culture and Islam in a very knowledgeable way and with impeccable English. Once the scenic drive was complete he handed over to Rashid our mountain guide who is probably one of the calmest, most considerate people I have met. Aztat also provided a mule and mule handler Mohamed, so our children could ride some of the sections of the trek when they grew tired. This was a nice touch and added additional interest for the children. Rashid ensured all of my family were safe, especially during steep sections of the trek and when we encountered a few rickety bridges near Imlil waterfalls. Rashid set a steady pace so we could take in the stunning scenery and stop when necessary. Mustafa, Rashid and Mohamed were first class and clearly respected by the villagers of Imlil. This really is a beautiful and well organised trek which is a world away from the frenetic activity of Marrakesh.

Atlas challenge- snow storm - A good challenge in the Atlas Mountains, frustrated by snowstorms and high winds that thwarted our summit attempts for two days. The two guides Ibrahim and Mohamed did what they could to ensure a good trek and were both very friendly helpful and supportive

Breath of fresh air - We did one of the 5 day Berber village treks. It was AMAZING!! The guides were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The views were breathtaking and we were very well taken care of. The trek was a bit more challenging than we anticipated. A lot of uphill and downhill. Not much level ground.
