We will pick you up at 8:00 from your riad to head towards the Atlas Mountains through the Ourikka Valley. After an hour’s drive from Marrakech, we will stop in a Berber village to visit a Berber house and learn about the lifestyle of Moroccan and Berber families. This is an opportunity to share a traditional Berber breakfast prepared by the family and gain some cultural insights. After a short drive, we will enjoy a brief camel ride (15-20 minutes) through stunning landscapes, passing through various villages. From there, we will meet our local mule team, who will host us at a Berber house. After lunch, the team will guide us on a walk to the waterfalls, and then we will return to Marrakech via a different route.

For all those who have not got enough time in Morocco for a Sahara desert tour, the Agafay desert is the best thing to do instead. The Agafay desert is a sand desert - but more sandstone and earthen plateau, traditional mud-built villages, dusty riverbeds are interspersed with spectacular sumptuous pasture and vegetation in springtime. There we can sample with the locals and experience trekking by camel.
