Best day trip to High Atlas - Our wonderful day trip started from Marrakech to Imlil with great breaks and went on to Agafay Desert and back to our Riad. Hassan and Saïd were the best guides and drivers we could thought of. They knew the area around Imlil perfectly and showed us wonderful spots (and not the touristic ones). They both were very sympathic and we started talking about everything directly. We would always recommend Saïd and Hassan for a tour in the High Atlas Mountains. When you think about a tour like this, ask for Saïd and Hassan! It was so interesting and funny and their English is very good.

caring tour guide and fun day! - Jawad was a FANTASTIC guide! He arrived promptly. Very informative and engaged with everyone. He was careful and attentive on the hike section of the day which we were grateful for. Tea at his home was wholesome and a lovely rest. All food was made with love and Jawad was always looking out for our best interests. There is a choice between riding camel and horses that Jawad set up for the day. Made our Marrakesh trip so special!

Jawad was an amazing tour guide - Thank you for an amazing trip. Jawad mazik was a great tour guide. He was accommodating and gave great customer service. Everything ran on time thanks to Jawads great organisation skills. We first stopped at a womens argan oil institute where we had breakfast which was bread and a selection of dips and tea. We then went to a Berber village which was beautiful and had amazing views. We were then taken to a hike which was brilliant Jawad made sure everyone was ok and stopped when people in the group needed help. Lunch consisted of chicken tagine, vegetarian option was available. Food was delicious and clean. Jawad gave me an area to pray which I really appreciated. Jawad speaks very good English. There were clean toilets at both the womens argan oil institute and at lunch. After lunch we headed to horse riding, Jawad provided great customer service. Can’t fault his service at all. Thank you Jawad for making our trip on to remember you have been amazing, we wish you all the best and hope to see you again soon!

Really good Trip to Atlas Mountains - We had a lovely day in the Atllas Mountains with Rachid Mazik. He gave us lots of Information about the Berber people and their lives. There wasn't too much walking, the right amount. We had a great lunch with amazing views of the Mountains and villages. We saw how Argan oil was made, shopping for rugs/leather on the trek and we got to ride a camel!!. Got some great pics of the mountains, the desert scenery on the road trip. The only downside was the delays on the roads due to heavy work going on ( i assume due to the earthquake). Would definitely recommend this trip.

Unrelated description to experience - This experience was not on at all it was what it was described as. We were taking on a long hike which was not in the description we drove for many hours through the desert which was lovely but not at all in the description. We didn’t actually get on a horse till 5 PM and rode through a valley for less than an hour. The guides would not release the reins for my friends to hold their own horses and it was like being taken on a children’s pony ride. There were many stops before the hike which were fine but we’re also not in the description. My friends had just hiked El Camino an 800 km hike through Spain and were exhausted and not anticipating a long walk. The description did not at all match the experience.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP THERE ARE NO HORSES AND THE GUIDE ABDUL IS A LIAR THAT ONLY WANTS MONEY. DO NOT TRUST OR BOOK - I have written this negative review with as much detail as possible because this company will not give you honesty or transparency. Abdul will manipulate you in order to get as much money from you as they can. This trip does NOT have horses. You will be forced to walk around for hours and although the scenery is nice I booked a horseback riding tour. Apparently the horses were lost during covid and they have not got more yet they still advertise horseback riding when that is the complete opposite of what the excursion is. Abdul does not care that the listing is a lie and cannot provide an alternative due to the fact the listing is a lie. I also tried to book a horse riding tour directly with the guide. He lied and said he was outside my hotel, because of this he told me to get a taxi to the centre and then ignored me when I arrived. He then said I needed to pay €80 for another taxi which is just ridiculous. I know he was close when I arrived in the centre as I was connected to his WiFi hotspot which enabled me to call him and he confirmed he could see me, he then turned this off and left me stood around for half an hour instead of coming to get me. He was within throwing distance as I was connected to his WiFi. Clearly they are only concerned with taking peoples money and NOT delivering on the services that they have advertised. They want to take advantage of nice people that give them the benefit of the doubt - which is probably why they have good reviews because Abdul is very manipulative. I was willing to overlook the false advertisement as he said he could arrange a half day of horse riding (which is what was advertised in the first place), but I cannot overlook the blatant lies, disregard for my time and the extortion tactics he tried to use by making me get a taxi to where he wasn’t, and then telling me it’s an extra £80 for a taxi from there when he watched me from afar in a state of confusion trying to find him as he did not meet me outside the hotel he told me to wait at. This has honestly ruined the last two days of my holiday and I am deeply regretful I did not read the other reviews that stated this is not a horseback riding excursion and is instead a 2 hour hike in the mountains. There were older people on this trip that were visibly struggling to walk up the steep parts of the mountain. Summary - No horses - Long hike through the mountains - Dishonest guide Abdul - Scammers - DO NOT BOOK OR TRUST THIS COMPANY
