Half-day, morning tour with pickup from the hotel location. Tour by car through a valley in the Atlas Mountains. - The guide Abdel chauffeured us with a small 9 seater bus into the valley in the Atlas Mountains. Immediately after the start of the trip he explained the basic principles of Moroccan culture. It was important to him that we understand how the population in the city and in the mountains think and live before we made the first stops. The information was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Great tour in the valley of the Berbers and their tourist facilities, which can be seen everywhere.

Book with no hesitation with the legent Abdul - Our guide was -the legent- Abdul. We felt so familiar with him. We answered all of our questions. Was very friendly, helpful, and passionate about his country and Moroccan history. We stopped in several valeys in the Atlas Mountains, had a special and tasteful lunch in a Berber's house, and he dropped us back safely in our Riad. Thank you dear Abdul, you're the best! We wish you all the best to your life. Regards, Stamatis, Chrysa, Christina and John from Greece

Excellent day trip to the Atlas mountains - Such a brilliant day in the Atlas mountains with Abdul. We saw and learnt so much, and yet at the same time didn't feel rushed at all. There was plenty of time for photo stops, a really interesting visit to a cooperative making Argan oil (where it was repeatedly stressed that there was no obligation for us to buy anything) and a delicious lunch in the home of a family living up in the mountains. Abdul was so informative and organised, and yet also great fun. Would definitely recommend this trip.

A stunning and super-interesting trip into the mountains with an engaging and insightful Moroccan history expert! - We had a great day visiting the valleys, passing endless stunning views and villages and hearing tons of fascinating history about Morocco. Learning about the Berbers, and their huge daily challenges, was a real eyeopener. Stops for photographs and leg stretches were frequent, and the (aprox 8hr) trip included a riverside tea-break, a tour of a womens co-op where oils, soaps and more are handmade (take cash and buy some stuff), and a delicious meal at a beautiful newly built home - the previous home next-door lying in ruins (like so many others in the region), having been destroyed in the devastating Sept 2023 earthquake. Temperature was similar to Marrakech (28C) so we didn't need to wrap up. Abdul our guide & driver not only has a huge passion and knowledge of Moroccan history, but was also marvelously friendly, answered every question the group threw at him (there were 7 of us on the tour) and drove expertly and safely while dong so. Our fellow-travellers were all top-notch too. His tour obviously attracts the right kind of people :D What else to say? If you are looking for an incredibly interesting and worthwhile day out - better call Abdul.
