Highly recommended. - Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful place, with the atmosphere to match. We loved every minute and we not expecting it to be as good as it was. The food was good and plantiful, the after dinner show was great but the place is an experience in itself.

An unforgettable experience at Chez Ali in Marrakech - An unforgettable experience at Chez Ali in Marrakech We spent the last evening of our trip to Marrakech in this extraordinary property, and we could not choose better. Since the triumphal entrance with the Berber knights, we have been welcomed by a unique atmosphere: musical groups with traditional Berber and Moroccan costumes have accompanied us on a journey into local culture. The structure is impressive and attention to detail, really spectacular. We had dinner in one of the elegant tents set up for guests, enjoying a classic vegetable Tajin and the famous lamb cooked under the ashes, prepared according to Berber tradition. All this was accompanied by a delicious mint tea, served with great care. The evening continued with a sumptuous show rich in Moroccan folklore: parades of characters in traditional costumes, music, dances, fires and even animals that made the atmosphere magical. The grand finale was entrusted to the Berber knights, who with their acrobatics and synchronized gunfire left us speechless. An experience that is worth every moment: atmosphere, cuisine, and entertainment of the highest level. Congratulations to all the Chez Ali team for making this evening unforgettable!

Not as exciting as billed - This is a very commercial experience - the food was poor in comparison to the rest of the food I had had on my trip The experience was also very expensive so I expected better The entertainment was not as professional as it could have been, and felt rushed

Mediocre Night - It was not what I expected - the Palace is beautiful. The food was mediocre-the fresh fruit were unpeeled oranges - they had apples too - The waiters stood around waiting for a tip - the entertainment was below average -it was a lot of money for a mediocre experience.

Not a palace - Disappointed Not a real palace for a start. £55, not worth the money. Food was poor and meat brought out first was ok...but no other choices of vegetarian etc offered. Then 2nd course was veg on couscous....very dry as only a cabbage like water offered with it. Folk groups only sang and danced for you if tipped, service staff not interested. Also very slow giving change for drinks....just incase you didn't tip, and when they did it wasn't correct. Horse show was good but be aware for loud cannon noises going off....there is no warning. It rained heavy and all outside flooring is tiled so very slippy! Friend fell badly on steps due to how slippy they were. Must say other tours have been great but this one was poor when comparing.

Tourist scam - I don’t understand what the hype is all about . The food was mediocre, somehow we were asked to pay 22 euros for one can of coke and a bottle of water after a meal concluded . What we saw , I would not call it a show but more of an amateur side street carnival that lasted for about 20 minutes. Total tourist scam .

Nil 👎 ⚡️ - Frankly. I love Morocco for its authenticity. For the majestic side. I was there for the new year with my family, total disappointment. We paid 1240 diram per person to be served unprofessionally. The advertised menu did not match. We had 2 pastries in amuse bouche, a soup a chicken tagine with bread and fruit. You had to beg for tea and soft drinks. We had 3 litres of soda on the table of 7. Beyond that the driver put pressure on us to get home at 00:20 he called us to get home fast. I advise against it. Even if it means paying more there is another beautiful place. At Ali's ⚡️ catch tourist. Fleeing hustler.

Terrible atmosphere! - Terrible atmosphere! The food is terrible, the lamb meat is just bones and fat, for dessert they bring you a biscuit and fruit. the worst was when I received the payment note on which only the amount was written, without any explanation. I asked for the menu to see the prices, and the waiter tried to cheat us with 25 euros. I saw in the toilet when the waiters took the money out of their hats and put the difference in their pockets. Shame on how you treat your customers!
