departure from Marrakech to Ait ben Haddou and Ouarzazate

Ait Ben Haddou - Departure early in the morning from Marrakech, we will pick you up at a meeting point.
We will cross the High Atlas to reach the Col de Tichka, 2260 meters high, short stop of 10 minutes to take photos.
Continuation to Ait ben Haddou, lunch and visit to the Ksar. It is a fortified village, considered today a heritage protected by UNESCO and used for numerous international films.
(time on site: visit + lunch: +/- 3 hours)
We will continue our route towards Ouarzazate also called “the door to the desert” well known for its film studio, the films Laurence of Arabia and The Mummy were filmed there.
We will continue our journey through the “city of a thousand Kasbahs”.
Dinner and overnight stay in Dades or Tinghir.

the Merzouga desert, via the Tinghir Valley and the Dadès Gorges

Merzouga Desert - 1 - Departure early in the morning after breakfast.
En route, we will stop in the town of Tinghir to visit the palm grove with explanations of the agricultural exploitation and we will continue towards the Todra Gorges.
2 - The Todra gorges are breathtaking, you will discover dizzying cliffs 300 meters high.
After lunch, we will continue the road towards the desert of Merzouga and its dunes of Erg Cherbbi.
3 - Once you arrive in Merzouga, a camel ride is planned to admire the sunset at the top of the dunes, possibility of doing sand boarding (go down the dune on a ski)
We will end our evening in a Berber camp (bivouac), where you will enjoy a good mint tea, a hearty meal and an evening by the fire with entertainment.
Overnight in nomadic tents (private tent).

Return to Marrakech OR AT THE EXTRA END OF THE TOUR IN FES

Marrakech - Early in the morning, after breakfast at the camp, we will take the road towards Marrakech.
We will cross desert plains, if we are lucky, we may come across nomads on the road with their goats.
Stop for lunch.
After 8 hours of driving and planned stops, we will arrive in Marrakech around 8 p.m. and end of our trip.
