A fun experience - A fun experience to enjoy a day in the desert. Saed is great. He picked us up at the Riyadh we were staying in and was attentive to his group at all times. Highly recommended!

Top experience in the desert - I recommend this tour 100%. All the staff were super friendly and caring all the time, especially Brahim, who was with us all the time worrying if we were okay. The activities were great fun and dinner with show was great.

Please find somewhere else - I wrote a review when I first went on this excursion (which has now been deleted)as the tour guide held a QR code in front of our faces on the bus back and told us to review. We told him we would do it when we got back (as I get car sick) but he instead and kept the code in front of our faces so I felt pressured and didn’t want to leave a bad review incase he seen it while we were in the bus far from our riad with him. We only booked the quad tour as all others included camel rides (which I DO NOT support) when we arrived I seen that there was camels. After our quad tour I asked the guide if we could go say hi to the camels ( I expressed I did not want to touch them) and he let us. He pushed us to stand with the camels for a picture which was evident the camels did not like. One of the camels became aggressive which is completely understandable as this is an animal not a pet. The keeper hit the camel with a wooden cane( this happened multiple times) and made us feel really uncomfortable. I seen a camel with no saddle on (pictured below) and it was visibly sweating and missing hair. I included this in my original review so people could see. Please do not go here and do your research (I wish I had) to find somewhere who treats there animals correctly. I completely understand this is the culture and I am not there to demonise Morocco as our experience with the culture and locals was amazing but I personally cannot stand a see these animals treated poorly and not say anything.

Camels treat horribly - Now I am away from the country and blocked the guide on social media, I feel comfortable writing an honest review. This is not a dig on the guide as he was helpful the whole way and gave us a private experience. This is about the treatment of the camels. I DO NOT condone ridding camels so that’s why I booked the quad tour as most others you need to ride camels aswell. When we arrived I seen there was camels and diddnt really get to close to see them. Because I know of stories about crul treatment. I asked if I was allowed to go say hi to the camel but not ride or touch them (I made this clear to the guide) when we got there he was insisting we took a picture with them (holding them) the camels were obviously stressed and got aggressive. When this happend one of the keepers sacked the camels with a stick. Most of them had saddles covering there back but there was one who did not (I took a picture but am unable to post them on here) the camel had missing hair and was visibly sweating from where the saddle had been. Please do not support these places and do research (which I wish I had done) to find a place who does not do camel riding.
