Great experience and amazing host Reda! - I booked this last minute and the whole experience was so smooth. Not longer after booked on trip advisor. I received a detailed message from the host both on WhatsApp and trip advisor detailing what to expect and my driver pick up time. The driver Reda was a God send. He was prompt, communicative and very accommodating. He picked myself and 3 others up, he ensured we were taken care of and had the best the entire experience had to offer throughout. He was committed to taking our pictures, ensuring we got on the hot air balloon first and so much more. Many many thanks to Reda. At the end you get a certificate with your name in Arabic which is a lovely touch.

Do this ! - In a saturated balloon trip market I wasn’t too sure what Ciel de Afrique’s sunrise version would look like.
The trip started early and well with the driver Rabbii already waiting outside the hotel at 05:40. On arrival, we were greeted in darkness by flaming torches and the glow of an inflating hot air balloon. The pilot Olivier was knowledgeable and funny.
We were in the air for an hour and eight minutes.
Do this trip and do it with Ciel de Afrique and their fabulous team.

Hot Air baloon with family - The hot Air baloon is worth a visit. Zakariya is very helpful. They collected us and we had a nice breakfast . The views from the baloon were great. For an extra 300dirhams, they offered us a video of our family in the baloon. They have used drone and a photographer in the baloon also. I tell you it us worth it. Overall, it is worth the money. I have two teens and a small daughter, all of them enjoyed.

You have to live something like this!!! - IMPRESSIVE. From pick-up, through breakfast, experience and assembly of everything. I have vertigo and I am afraid with what flies....for I enjoyed like a dwarf

Amazing sunrise view - Hassan picked up us on time from our hotel and was very friendly. Well organised trip and had an amazing experience of viewing sunrise from Ballon.Food was great too 👍

Unaccommodating host - My friend and I really wanted to experience this but u unfortunately due to unwelcome circumstances we weren’t able to make it. We gave the host a call to communicate that we wouldn’t be able to attend ahead of time. We asked for a refund and we were denied. He marked it as “no show” although we communicated with him prior that we won’t be able to attend due to our circumstance.

Lost out on our breakfast, host late by 1.5 hours - Booked a 5am tour, was picked up at 6:20am, missed all the balloons that allowed us to be in the air for sunrise. Given 2 minutes to eat breakfast, told we had to leave now and will return after balloon for breakfast, when we came off the balloon we were dropped directly to the pick up point.
