Hot air balloon flight - My son and I thought the flight was great. The pilot was explaining how it was going to go and the landing instructions. Excellent experience that I advise.

Up, up and away in my beautiful balloon! - It was so worth getting up at 3.30am to take part in this experience above the Agafay desert. The hotel pick up around 5am was in the semi-darkness under a moonlit sky full of skudding clouds. This soon gave way to the first glimmers of light as we left the reception facility and drove 10 minutes to the balloons which were all in the process of gently rising from the desert floor. Once we were all loaded in our respective baskets, we were briefed on what to do for the descent and then the adventure truly started as we rose up to thousands of feet above the rock and sand of the Agafay and witnessed the beauty of the sun rise. I haven't the words to convey the sheer magic of the still of the journey, surrounded by other balloons all riding the air currents which gently coaxed us higher. The views of the Atlas Mountains and desert were stunning and I felt so blessed to witness the 360 landscape, while my family were still sleeping in our hotel. This trip was glorious and the memories are recorded on video by a drone which recorded the flight. I shall treasure that always. If you want to experience something amazing, do this!

Rude manager, poor experience - Sabir the manager very poor person to be in charge. Rude. Make you share the activity with more people than actually advertised so the experience isn't enjoyable as your constantly in each other's way. Same with transport. Provide a minibus in the way back with 20 people when you've booked a small group tour. Takes 1 hour extra due to the amount of drop offs. Not convenient when you have other things planned in the day.
