Great experience. Would thoroughly recommend! - Great trip. Everything went to plan from the ‘very’ early start (4am pickup) from the hotel to experience the sunrise whilst in the balloon. Launch site was approx 30mins from centre of Marrakech. Arrived at the site to be greeted with Berber drinks and food. Sat and watched the team get the balloon inflated from start to finish - very slick operation involving lots more people than I’d imagined. Flight was around a hour over the desert. To set expectations you fly in front of the mountains and not over them but a great experience. Sun rise was spectacular. Also did some low level Flying over small villages, seemingly skimming the roof tops, great fun. Landing was perfect. Group of support staff run after the balloon in the final few minutes and literally physically pull it to a halt before the final few feet and touchdown. Returned to launch site for Berber breakfast. We paid 500 dirham (£45 ish) for the additional video and photos. They send a drone up to video you in the balloon. Received the edited video/soundtrack a few days later. Very professional. Would recommend it

Excellent balloon ride with a great company - This was exceptional! Really well looked after from being collected from our hotel, to being dropped back off. The ride was fabulous, followed by breakfast. We felt really well looked after.

11 out of 10! - I don’t often leave reviews but this was such a fantastic experience I couldn’t not! The whole thing from start to finish was just magical, don’t be put off by the early start (4.20am pick up for us) it only adds to the excitement and wonder of seeing the dessert lit up by fairly lights! When you see what goes into the experience & the team behind it we thought it was excellent value for money. Our 4 & 6yr old loved it just as much as us & I would recommend adding on the photo & video package - the results are breathtaking! In short, book with these guys, they are epic & deserve the business!

An adventure into the skies - A superb flight with just a little bumpy landing, but added to the experience. Very well organised and friendly staff, delicious bread for breakfast.

Amazing!! Can’t even put this experience into words - Amazing - a once in a life time opportunity! Our driver picked us up from our hotel right on time. I was nervous about the hot air balloon ride but there was no need to be! We had a German pilot who seemed really experienced and he even managed to land the balloon on the back of a car trailer!!. We felt really safe. All the staff were lovely and worked so hard. The views were breathtaking and we loved every moment. Would recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech and worth the money.

Riad Pick-Up From Old City Not Actually Included - Our experience in the desert was wonderful and I highly recommend doing a hot air balloon ride + breakfast in the desert. I would not book with this operator again. The description advertises riad pick-up and we selected this option while booking. The night before our experience we were informed by the tour operator that they would not pick us up but that we would have to walk 20 minutes alone through the old city at 4am. We told him we were 2 young women traveling alone and asked if someone could please meet us as advertised for safety reasons. He informed us it wasn’t possible. Again, we had a wonderful experience in the air and at breakfast but I would recommend female travelers to book a later start time or with a different operator which actually does riad pick-up.
