Unforgettable moment of magic - A moment of happiness outside of time. I celebrated my birthday in the air surrounded by hot air balloons and the highlight was the sunrise. Just writing it still gives me goosebumps. From arrival on site to departure, you are in another world, the whole team is there to take care of you. Unforgettable - Excellent experience. We were very well supported from start to finish. The manager Ms. Ries was always quickly available to answer our questions about the big day and the organization. On the big day, we were taken from the hotel to the take-off center via a shuttle. Mathieu, the pilot, explained to us all the instructions and things not to do in order to guarantee maximum safety. The hot air balloon ride is incredible. The weather was very good and we had no problems. It is also important to note that several people were afraid of heights, and in the end... it went very well for them! Zero stress! Since the ball is floating in the air, there is no shaking. It really feels like we're on the ground. And given that we are quite high, the notion of vertigo is not present. After landing, we received the certificate attesting to our hot air balloon ride. Then, we were directed to breakfast which was excellent: Different cakes, juices, tea, eggs, msemen, ... I highly recommend. An unforgettable experience to share with loved ones! Another big thank you to Madame Ries and Mathieu for their great kindness. J.D.

Unique and magical experience - Great experience to do without hesitation! Go there with your eyes closed… well, no, keep your eyes wide open, the spectacle is breathtaking. The entire team is competent and very professional. Thanks to Charlotte for our discussions and her organization and thanks to Daniel our seasoned pilot! The flight is smooth and calm, the sunrise over the Atlas Mountains is magical. I recommend 100%

A wonderful experience. - We had a fantastic flight with Montgolfier; we were very impressed with the professionalism of the pilot Matthieu who engaged with his passengers in French and English. The balloon had a basket for 16 in four compartments which meant that everybody had a comfortable and clear outside view. The views were spectacular and the sight and sound of the balloons being inflated in the pre-dawn darkness was quite thrilling. Communication was by email and WhatsApp. I would suggest booking through your Riad or hotel as we were initially asked to meet the driver a long way from our Riad in the medina and it would have been a long and slightly anxious walk in the dark. Our Riad hosts were able to arrange a much closer pick up.

Amazing experience of a lifetime !! - The ride in the Hot Air Balloon was an experience of a lifetime. Breathtaking views of the sunrise and the Moroccan landscape. The pilot was very professional and experienced. The hour long journey was great amazing and our landing was perfect. This company is very well organized from the riad early pickup in the morning, welcome tea drink and flight orientation, to the flight itself and breakfast after the flight. The prices are very reasonable and would highly recommend this company. We even forgot our flight certificates in the bus and they came and dropped them off in our riad. Well done guys !! Ballon Flight in Marakesh - This is a must do experience in Marakesh. Daniel the pilot and Laurence the tour manager picked us up by our Riad for the 30 minutes drive in the early hours, which was an experience in off itself.Once all the ballon passengers were collected, we headed out of town to the ballon site and had coffee and pastries while the ballon was inflated. Once onboard, I did not feel the ballon slowly lift off and float over the local farmers fields with at least 6 six other ballons in the air for company while we experienced the sunrise. According to the altitude meter we ascended 3000 ft which was their limit due to airport restrictions. After floating around for an hour, we descended and had a soft landing. The treat after landing was breakfast provided by a local Berber family providing traditional Moroccon food in their home. This gave us the opportunity to make new friends, and despite the different languages we enjoyed each other company, and then it was over.All too quickly. If you have never done a ballon ride before, do this one and get the certificate to prove it (smile). Special thanks to the ballon team and their little dog.

Sky view of red desert and Marrakech from a hot air balloon - The flight itself went very well. The pilot and its assistants to get the ballon up and down were very professional. The security briefing was well done. We felt very safe. However, the organization was a bit of a mess at the arrival on the site, and also during the breakfast time. For example we selected the French speaking group, but at the last minute just before getting into the ballon, we were taken to another English speaking group…the queue for the breakfast was disorganized and the coffee undrinkable. But all in all, it was a positive experience.
