Balloon ride near Marrakesh - The trip went ahead first time which was great, as weather conditions can mean a postponement at short notice. Great experience. Good hospitality after flight with Berber Breakfast.

Don’t expect it to be how it’s sold - Amazing when you were up in the air. The views weee spectacular. The wording on how the experience is sold a little different. You don’t get tea and refreshments before the flight you get it all after. You’re not in the air for a full 45mins more like 25/30mins the rest of the time is people getting in the basket. Was picked up from hotel at 7am and returned at 1030am. The breakfast was a little rushed but still lovely. Whole trip from pick up to return to hotel was 3.5hrs. Also never got a flight certificate. still a great experience I would still recommend.

Hot air magic - Well organised and communicated, the captain Adam was funny and knowledgeable for a young man . A Great experience as a birthday gift for my partner. The breakfast was nice and everyone was friendly and welcoming I would thoroughly recommend this experience if you're ever in Marrakech.

Up the air 💞 - This was an amazing experience for me and my partner. He’s always dreamed of doing a hot air ballon the organisation was very good and on time when it came to picking up times, breakfast and dropping us home. Everything was smooth and the people were so lovely our driver, the air ballon’s crew and the we village we went to after for breakfast the people were so nice and welcoming with breakfast ❤️

Brilliant experience. - Fantastic experience. From pick up to drop off driver and crew could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The actual ride is short, but worth every minute to see the sunrise over the Atlas mountains. The person manning the balloon entertained us all. We were helped in to, and out of the balloon, and when our minibus got stuck in the mud on way back everyone came out to help and got it all sorted with great kindness and good humour. Best trip yet. Thank you.

Hot air ballon experience - Excellent experience would highly recommend, our driver was very interactive and funny, the landing was not rough as i have heard before. We even had a proposal on the air which made it more beautiful. Would highly recommend this experience.

Beautiful experience a bit rushed - Nice experience with friendly staff and a nice breakfast, balloon ride lasted on the second after 40 minutes. Also it was rushed after dinner, could not sit quietly.

Hot Air Balloon Experience - We enjoyed the balloon ride. It was peaceful and an easy ride. We were hoping to get up higher for a better view. That being said, the staff was great. The breakfast was very good. We had breads, cakes, various types of pancakes that I can't name, boiled eggs, various types of olives, honey and jams. Also hot coffee and hot tea. Overall great value for the experience, just expected more height.

Nice but don’t worth the price - We booked a hot air balloon ride for €120. The description said it included a continental breakfast before the flight, a ~45-minute flight, landing refreshments, a flight certificate, and a Berber breakfast served in a tent. In reality, we only got about a 30-minute flight and the breakfast in the tent. It was supposed to be a sunrise balloon ride, but the day before, we were told there were actually two time slots—one for sunrise and one after. Apparently, we had chosen the second slot (we were never given the option to select a time when booking). We also specifically requested a Spanish-speaking guide, which we didn’t get. What did happen—the flight and the breakfast afterward—was good. The balloon pilot was really funny and friendly, which made the atmosphere on board amazing. The breakfast was delicious, the tent was super comfortable, and we even got to hang out with some adorable dogs. Overall, it was a nice experience, but in my opinion, not worth the price. I’d recommend it for the experience, but even more if you can get a lower price.
